基于慢城视角的长江三角洲慢旅游目的地开发适宜性评价 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
慢旅游作为长江三角洲旅游一体化的新驱动力,对长江三角洲旅游产业升级具有重要意义。本文运用RS数据和GIS技术,基于慢城视角,以人类活动强度、自然地理环境、历史文化为慢旅游目的地开发的主要参考标准,选取夜间灯光、土地利用现状、地形高程、大气气溶胶、国家历史文化名城(名镇、名村)5个评价因子,对不同因子赋予不同权重后进行空间运算,开展适宜性评价。结果显示:长江三角洲慢旅游开发适宜区主要位于自然和人文条件均很优越的苏南河网密集区、浙北(宁波)滨海区域及浙南风光优美山区。 相似文献

A review of 31 empirical and eighteen substantive papers by qualitative social geographers mainly using in-depth interviews reveals little explicit reference to the principle(s) adopted to enhance 'rigour' and to ensure meaningful inference. Given the modest explicit discussion of evaluative criteria in these papers, a scheme from evaluation research itself is critically reviewed. A set of evaluation questions derived from this review and their application to an empirical piece of qualitative work frame an argument for a general set of criteria rather than rigid rules for assessing qualitative work. 基于标准差椭圆、ESDA-GWR和空间计量方法,对2003-2015年中国286个地级单元生产性服务业发展水平的时空特征及影响因素进行分析。结果显示:2003年以来,我国生产性服务业发展水平综合指数有较大提升,从沿海向内陆阶梯状递减的趋势逐渐增强,并形成沿海向内陆的“中心-外围”结构;空间上表现出在东-西方向上先极化后分散,南-北方向上先分散后极化的演变特征;城市间生产性服务业存在较强的正相关性,虽强度有所减弱但仍非常显著。影响因素结果显示:服务生产率、开放程度、城市化率、产权结构、知识资本密度对城市生产性服务业水平提高产生正向影响,而工业化程度对其产生抑制作用,挤出效应明显。 相似文献

An increasing number of subnational government bodies mandate municipalities to establish a vision for their future development with a local plan. Outside the U.S., few studies have assessed whether these mandates succeed at increasing formal quality, policy focus and implementation of local plans. In addition, the reasons that prompt governments to impose mandates remain unclear. To tackle these issues, we used a multi-method approach combining interviews, plan content analysis and questionnaires to compare mandated and voluntary planning in Switzerland. Our analysis reveals that mandates only have limited impact on local plans. In particular, they do not produce higher quality plans than voluntary planning and do not improve implementation of policies. Our results may imply that (a) planning mandates from subnational governments are ineffective in general or (b) Swiss mandates in particular entail too few requirements and enforcement mechanisms to show a clear effect. Further studies could explore this issue empirically by comparing the characteristics of different planning mandates and assessing their effect on the quality and implementation of local plans. Alternatively, future research efforts could also examine how to find a compromise between mandated and voluntary planning in order to increase local commitment towards plan making. 相似文献

The expansion of protected areas (PAs) is feared to negatively affect the local economy, as every PA, albeit to different degrees, entails restriction to the economic activities. The literature on the topic has started assessing what is the socioeconomic impact of PAs, mostly focusing on the Global South. The objective of this article is the analysis of the socioeconomic impact of three Italian national parks (NPs), established in the 2000s, using a counterfactual approach based on both the outcome regression diff-in-diff and the doubly robust diff-in-diff combined with different propensity score-based and Mahalanobis distance matching procedures. We find that the three Italian NPs have a robust and statistically significant impact on average income of residents in municipalities hosting them. Conversely, there is weak evidence that population and local establishments are positively affected, and touristic local establishments and employment are negatively affected by the three NPs. All together the results indicate that the three NPs have no negative effect on the socioeconomic dynamics of the territories impacted, although additional investigations are required to shed lights to the impact mechanisms. 相似文献
