宁波鄞州老虎岩三国至唐代墓葬发掘报告

2009年,宁波市文物考古研究所和鄞州区文物管理委员会联合对栎斜村的墓葬进行了抢救性考古发掘,共发掘三国到唐代的墓葬19座,发现4座纪年墓,出土青瓷器、硬陶器等各类器物66件,相关的墓葬形制演变、纪年墓砖铭文、埋葬习俗特点为宁波地区三国到唐代的墓葬断代、墓葬形制和葬俗研究提供了典型的年代标尺和第一手资料。     

试析中法战争中李鸿章态度转变始末

文章论述了中法战争前后战事主要参与者李鸿章对于战争态度的转变过程。从主观和客观两个方面分析了李鸿章“和战不决”的影响因素。笔者认为,李鸿章在中法战争中只是一个参与者,他的很多决策是直接受制于清政府中枢机构或者受到他们极大的影响,战争过程中所表现的犹豫和举棋不定是清政府和战态度以及战争形势变化的综合结果。     

隐囊考

隐囊是一种源于印度的以织物为表、以织物或纤维为填充物的圆筒状卧具,南北朝时期由佛教徒和粟特人传入中国北方地区,之后传入南方地区,并成为士族阶层喜爱的晏佚用具。隐囊在南北朝时期和隋唐时期广为流行,宋代以后消失,仅作为名士的象征物在诗文和绘画中出现。     

清代前期上海的航业船商

清代前期上海作为南北洋航运中心,既是南北商品流通格局变化下的产物,也是清廷商品流通政策变化下的产物,海运业在上海的早期兴起过程中具有无可替代的作用。上海的兴起并迅速崛起,是建立在全国各地地域商帮的大规模商品流通基础之上的。上海的海运业者,来自江苏、浙江、山东、福建等地,其中势力最大者,是上海及其邻近沿海地区崇明、南通三地之人,单个大船商,通常拥有数十号船只。上海海运业内部,船商与船户、耆舵、水手等航运业人员,船商与客商、与豆业字号,与豆行、饼行、油行、保载行等形成错综复杂的关系。在上海,船商不仅在航业中居于中心地位,而且发挥出领袖百业的作用。     

汉晋时期的金玉带扣

上海博物馆的白玉龙纹鲜卑头的形制起源于北方游牧民族的青铜牌饰,工艺上仿制同时期的金银器,同时采用了中原汉民族喜爱的玉料和纹样。汉晋时期金玉带扣的外形经历了由长方形到前椭后方形的转变;同时,这一时期金玉带扣的材料、制作工艺及设计上也反映了胡汉文化的交流与融合。     

游客的犯罪侵害风险感知研究——以印度国际游客为例

游客在旅游活动中担心受到犯罪侵害,不但会影响游客的到访意愿,而且殃及当地旅游业的发展。本文旨在了解游客对犯罪侵害的心理反应,探讨旅游侵害风险感知形成的相关因素。本文以到访印度的国际游客为研究对象,于2010年1月在印度德里机场进行问卷调查。调查发现在印度的国际游客认为被骚扰、诈骗及盗窃的可能性较大。女性、亚洲人明显有较高的防卫行为倾向。观光游客比商务游客感觉受侵害风险更高。旅游侵害风险感知与旅游决策间具有负向关系,旅游风险意识及旅游信息在侵害风险感知与旅游决策关系间具有调节效果。     

禹之鼎《王翚骑牛南还图》考略

世传清初著名画家王翚的肖像不止一幅,但真正能够反映其形神的作品,是与他相识多年、以肖像画称著的禹之鼎所绘《骑牛南还图》。本文通过叙述王翚请禹之鼎创作《骑牛南还图》与遍邀名流、友朋题诗的情况,阐释了像主和创作者各自的企望,同时,画家对像主还乡心情的体会深刻,也终令画作得以完美呈现。     

安徽固镇南城孜遗址战国秦汉墓葬发掘简报

南城孜遗址位于安徽省固镇县湖沟镇马楼自然村南。2014年～2015年,武汉大学历史学院考古系和安徽省文物考古研究所在遗址中清理战国秦汉墓葬七座,年代从战国中期延续到西汉早期。这批墓葬对于探讨皖北地区战国秦汉时期的考古学文化变迁具有重要参考价值。

In conventional approaches to computer analysis of historical sources, one must represent the data in structured formats in which content and context are discarded. Extensible markup language (XML), developed for data transfer on the Internet, permits preservation of the full text of irregular historical sources without sacrificing the ability to conduct systematic analysis. Related querying tools offer most functions of a relational database management system, including data transformation facilities for coding, standardizing, and aggregating nominal data. An XML database permits multiple interpretations of the data because the unit of analysis and the coding schemes are not defined at entry. In a case study of probate inventories, the author demonstrates how structured analysis of domestic interiors can be performed and introduces approaches to studying semistructured data.     

Libya and the state of intervention

The international response to the crisis in Libya has been remarkably quick and decisive. Where many other cases of mass atrocity crimes have failed to generate sufficient and timely political will to protect civilians at risk, the early response to Libya in 2011 has shown that the United Nations Security Council is able to give effect to the ‘responsibility to protect’ norm. While not an implementing party in a legal sense, the Australian government has taken a forward-leaning diplomatic stance in helping to mobilise broad support for addressing this crisis. In light of the ongoing political controversy over armed humanitarian intervention, the Libya case shows that state-based advocacy for R2P matters, given the on-going need to bolster the legitimacy of the principle. A discussion of Canberra's diplomatic activity is a prelude to an examination of the proceedings of the UN Security Council and the two key resolutions, the second of which gave effect to the forcible action. The article then considers three dimensions of the Security Council's implementation of the responsibility to protect: the language of the resolutions and the intriguing absence of a textual reference to the international community's responsibility to act; the expansive mandate for civilian protection in Security Council resolution 1973; and the first unanimous referral to the International Criminal Court, with novel support from the United States of America.
