“中英友好奖学金计划”与新时期留学教育的发展

改革开放初期,爱国华人包玉刚向中英两国政府提出了中英友好奖学金计划,该计划得到了中英两国领导人的认可,并一同实施该计划。中英友好奖学金计划历经十年,为中国培养了大批的优秀人才,推动了中国高等教育事业及社会经济的发展;创造了一个全新的留学教育模式,为以后留英教育提供了经验,加强了与华人华侨的联系,发展了中英关系。三边互动的中英友好奖学金计划教育交流模式,有利于香港政权的平稳交接以及回归后的稳步发展,也有力地推动了中英两国关系全面发展。这种三边互动是改革开放初期中国政府勇于探索、积极创新的产物,它不仅表明了中国政府能够采用多种形式发展留英教育事业,同时也证明了中国政府能够团结一切可以团结的力量进行社会主义现代化建设。     

陈抟生平事迹述论

陈抟是中国中古思想文化史上的重要人物,由于他的著述大多散佚,加上传记资料比较零散,过去的研究相对不足.本文在前人成果的基础上,从六个方面对陈抟的生平事迹加以探讨:一是陈抟的出生、里籍、姓名字号、童年生活、慕道原因、早期经历;二是陈抟隐居武当山的缘由和时间,在武当山的著述情况,出游时谒拜的两位重要老师何昌一和麻衣道者;三是陈抟迁居华山的时间和缘由,在华山与师友们的交游;四是陈抟在华山期间与周世宗、宋太祖、宋太宗的交往;五是陈抟在华山亲授的几位弟子;六是陈抟图书易、内丹学、睡功的成就和传承谱系,以及其诗、书、画成就.总体上认为,陈抟历经晚唐、五代、宋初之世,阅历丰富,思想深邃,胸怀博大,德行超群,不愧为独领风骚、别具一格的道门高隐和学术大师.     

Dismantling the Soviet Security System. Soviet–Finnish Negotiations on Ending Their Friendship Agreement, 1989–91.

The Soviet Union had tied Finland to its security system through the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance (FCMA) signed between the two in 1948. As the Soviet Union began to disintegrate at the end of the 1980s, Finland exited the Soviet sphere of influence – the region controlled through a system of bilateral and multilateral agreements. This article analyses the Soviet–Finnish negotiations to discard the FCMA treaty as a case study of the changing Soviet European neighbourhood policy. It gives important insights into the disintegration of the Soviet foreign policy mechanism during the Gorbachev era as it elaborates on both the intra-bureaucracy conflicts between the Kremlin and the Soviet foreign ministry, MID, and later between the Soviet central government and the Russian republic. As Finland was part of the Soviet security system, analysing Finland's exit from it sheds light onto the crucial change that took place in the Soviet foreign policy doctrine during the perestroika years. The Gorbachev leadership's decision not to defend its sphere of influence with force paved way for the upheavals of 1989 which led to the Cold War's end.     

俄藏黑水城西夏水月观音头冠考

俄藏黑水城西夏水月观音所戴头冠为化佛冠,形制有三角形冠和通天冠两种,火焰宝珠、步摇成为水月观音头冠的主要配饰。三角形化佛冠受早期印度佛教和中亚佛教艺术的影响,结合中原佛教、藏传佛教在西夏时期成为水月观音头冠流行样式。由于社会环境影响,西夏观音信仰盛行,佛教进一步走向现实化、世俗化,因此,水月观音菩萨头冠更接近于现实生活,表现华丽。     

Neoliberalism and gender equality policy in Australia

After a Coalition electoral victory in 2013, the Australian Office for Women was returned from the periphery to the centre of government. This was contrary to the expectation that women’s policy will be given greater salience under governments of the left rather than of the right. To unpack this puzzle, we examine institutional arrangements and policy directions under successive Labor and Coalition governments in Australia, including the abolition of intergovernmental bodies concerned with gender equality. We find that the influence of neoliberalism has resulted in a blurring of patterns of partisan difference over gender equality policy. There are some continuing partisan differences but also a common pattern of increased emphasis on international and regional rather than domestic policy. The notable exception to this pattern is in the area of gender-based violence.     

Late Paleocene foraminiferal faunas with Chapmanina and Reticulophragmium from offshore southeastern Australia: a Tethyan influence

Samples from off southern New South Wales in approximately 1750 m water depth have yielded late Paleocene faunas of benthic and planktonic foraminifera and other invertebrates. Two faunal associations with a strong Tethyan influence, dominated respectively by Chapmanina conjuncta sp. nov. and Reticulophragmium naroomaensis sp. nov., are described; this is the first formal record of these genera from Australasia. The age of the host sediment is based on both benthic species and few planktonic foraminifera.

The environment at the time was warm temperate to subtropical at the southwestern extremity of a counter-clockwise Pacific Ocean gyre. The new occurrence extends the record of Palaeogene marine sediments and palaeoenvironments along the eastern margin of Australia and confirms earlier observations that conditions in the marine environment at that time were considerably warmer along the east coast of Australia than those along the southern margin; the biogeographic association was Tethyan. The circulation model may go some way to explaining coeval warmth along the east Antarctic coast.     

De la caída de Tenochtitlán al decaimiento del Make Sicko Seedy de Carlos Fuentes: Ciudades en crisis,mundos por nacer

Carlos Fuentes's 1987 carnivalesque novel, Cristóbal nonato, criticizes Mexico's prehispanic past through a satire of Tenochtitlán-Mexico City in the neoliberal, postnational era. This study consequently juxtaposes criticism, theory, and analysis from both imperial Aztec Mexico and nationalist modern Mexico. While the bulk of this 600-page novel confronts readers with a highly negative (although often risible) view of both Mexicos, it ultimately leads to a happy ending with a didactic twist: If Mexicans will stop abandoning Mexico for the North or other green pastures, and instead stay in Mexico despite its many problems, they can turn things around by their altruism and their activist determination.     

全球化浸入中国城市的时空演化过程及影响因素分析——以8家大型跨国零售企业为例

本质为地理过程的全球化与跨国公司相伴而来,其浸入区域、城市具有时空差异性。本文以八家大型跨国零售企业为例,研究全球化浸入中国城市的时空演化过程及影响因素。研究发现:第一,全球化浸入表现出明显的空间推移规律,即稳定的"沿海-内陆"深度格局,以及"东广西疏"转向"南袤北稀"广度格局;第二,全球化浸入中国城市遵循规模等级推移规律,包括人口规模、经济发展水平以及行政等级;第三,人口规模、对外交流水平对全球化的浸入影响显著性稳定,开放政策、城市区位因素弱化,居民收入水平影响增强。     

网络信息对旅游者决策影响研究——国内外研究比较的视角

网络信息对旅游者决策影响研究对旅游业信息化发展及旅游企业市场营销具有重要作用,已成为一大研究热点。本文对其国内外研究成果进行介绍、分析对比,结果表明:国外的网络信息对旅游者搜寻心理影响和网络评价信息、网络口碑信息对旅游者决策影响等研究已经成熟,其中,旅游者网络信息搜寻创新心理、网络评价信息对旅游者决策影响因素等是研究热点。国内在网络评价信息对旅游者决策影响研究方面比较薄弱,在旅游者网络信息搜寻创新心理和旅游者网络口碑传播动机研究方面文献寥寥。国外研究视角和方法多样,尤其擅长运用心理学、传播学及社会学等研究方法展开微观层面研究,国内研究多是根据国外研究分析及国内相关情况展开。     

旅游同伴角色对旅游者行为的制约影响——以香港海洋公园为例

随着旅游业不断发展,当今社会,大众型旅游模式已不能满足人们的个性化旅游需求,自由行、自助游等旅游模式悄然占据市场主体地位。大多数散客与家人/朋友/同学/同事等结伴出游。从时间地理学的制约思想和认知供给理论来看,旅游者的行为因此受到旅游同伴的制约影响。如何选择旅游同伴,选择怎样的旅游同伴成为旅游者首先要考虑的问题。本文以香港海洋公园为例,企图探寻同伴角色与旅游者行为制约要素之间的关系,实证结果表明旅游同伴包含不同的角色-家人、朋友、同学、同事、旅游团,不同的角色对旅游者行为制约因素的影响力不同。
