ABSTRACTThe Amsterdam theater society Nil Volentibus Arduum, which was founded in 1669 and remained active for some years, was not just a circle meeting regularly to discuss theater theory and practice, but was devoted to discussion of all the arts as well as language theory in relation to society. As far as the Amsterdam theater was concerned, its main purpose was to try to raise the level and provide more of a moral and socially improving direction to the stage. Arguably, also, it had a certain impact on discussion and theorizing about late Dutch Golden Age painting. Two of its most active members, Lodewijk Meyer and Johannes Bouwmeester, were among the closest friends and allies of Spinoza. Opponents and detractors of the society took to associating it in the public mind with the “atheist” Spinoza. This article seeks to understand the theoretical concerns of the society and assess its relationship to its broader Dutch context and to Spinoza and Spinozism. 相似文献

自改革开放以来,持续了近40年的飞速发展和规模扩张,我国的城市发展步入了“后城市化”时代。“快速扩张下”的城市收缩现象越来越引起理论和实务层面的关注,其中空间层面的资源不匹配和不协调是带来城市收缩的重要原因。基于“空间—行为”互动理论,尝试从“制度—政策—行为”层面的空间不匹配,解释城市收缩的逻辑归因。其中,制度空间通过“经济体制转型”和“社会结构变迁”,带来收缩城市在空间和社会上的两极分化;政策空间基于政治体制、社会政策带来城市发展的不平衡;行为空间嵌入个体、群体、家庭行为中,通过职住分离、就业环境等带来个体“空间—行为”的不匹配。最后,提出深化经济制度改革,促进收缩型城市再“更新”、关照区域政策平衡,扩大收缩型城市的公共服务供给、坚持“以人为本”,让城市成为“人”的“家”等治理导向与政策尝试。 相似文献

Methods are described for modelling both the speeds and the driving forces of innovation processes, namely Critical Path Schedules and Cash Flow Curves respectively. The differences between innovations in modern industrial conditions and simpler societies are discussed, and the models applied to early innovations, but the data are too fragmentary to make quantitative models, although they can be used qualitatively to show general trends. In early societies the speeds were very slow but benefit/cost ratios very high, whereas the reverse tends to be true on average for modern innovations. Long delay times are often found in early innovation processes and these are determined by a wide variety of cultural factors. Seldom has the progress of the technology itself been on the “Critical Path” of innovation processes. The “Critical Path” and “Cash Flow” methods can also be used to study other, non-innovative, complex processes. 相似文献

ABSTRACTJournal rankings for political science have been regularly published, from the 1970s onwards, by the American Political Science Association’s ‘state of the discipline’ journal. Politics journals have also been officially ranked by the Australian Political Studies Association into four bands (A*, A, B and C) from 2007 onwards. This article shows, first, that the assumption grounding these exercises (namely, that disciplinary journal rankings can serve as proxies for the quality of articles in their pages) is undermined by the findings of the broader research evaluation literature, especially with respect to sub-disciplines (like political theory, Australian politics, and some types of qualitative comparative politics) that bear certain characteristics. Next, outlining the findings of a 2018 survey, it is argued that the disciplinary use of journal rankings in political studies not only has damaging effects on research in political theory, but also advantages other sub-disciplines. ABSTRACT Questions of sovereignty remain central to political theology, yet the role played by demonology in sovereignty’s construction has yet to be closely examined. This article addresses this omission by exploring the relation between the phantasmatic figures of the “sovereign” and the “witch” in the work of Jean Bodin (1530–96). Early modern concepts of “witchcraft” and its prosecution have a constitutive relation to (theo)political sovereignty, modern gender relations, and the birth of the nation-state. Reading Bodin’s work on witchcraft alongside those on sovereignty, tolerance, and the household, I argue that the demonological witch forms a self-consolidating other at the foundation of modern constructions of sovereignty, tolerance, and the (cishetero)normative family – an excess or absence that reinforces and destabilizes gendered, sexual, political, juridical, and religious hierarchies that continue to influence the present. In doing so, I demonstrate that sovereignty rests on a demonological foundation. 相似文献

江南水乡古镇是江南地域社会经济活动的高度聚合体,而空间作为功能的载体,是古镇保护与发展中的关键一环。本文以周庄古镇为例,从行动者网络理论视角切入,解析不同旅游发展阶段古镇空间演化的行动者作用路径。研究发现,关键行动者意图、行动者网络结构的变化,推动了周庄古镇空间重构和演化。在观光旅游发展阶段,周庄镇政府为关键行动者,通过行政征召、专家带头征召等方式促成行动者网络的形成和发展,使古镇商业空间沿河街生长,文化体验空间呈团块状散布;在休闲度假转型阶段,市场力量开始发挥更大作用,行动者网络重新调整,进一步推动古镇商业空间网状渗透,文化体验空间条块衍生。本文认为古镇空间的实践建构应高度重视原住民这一行动者的作用。 相似文献

文章引入织补理论和场域理论,采用理论演绎与概念诠释方法,从场域织补视角出发对旅游传统村落更新理论进行思辨。研究发现,旅游重构了传统村落更新方向与逻辑,村落“碎片化”提供了织补理论应用的复杂性与矛盾性条件;旅游引发传统村落场域解构为旅游、生活、生产三大子场域,资本分化和竞争加大场域内外压力并引致场域失调;在保持村落复杂性前提下,场域织补可通过调适场域而作用于旅游传统村落更新过程。研究认为,场域织补的基本内容包括文化场域织补和关系场域织补,可运用资本调适作为场域织补的技术工具。 相似文献
