《汪氏典业阉书》是研究徽商的新资料。其内容反映了徽州典商跨入近代社会门槛时资本运作的情况。阄书之“总帐”载明清代徽典资本构成为两部分:“承祖业分受财本”和“生息资本”。其中社会存款约占总资本的28%。“墨议”中“四典并无会票在外”一款说明徽典普遍经营会票,具有良好的商业信用。汪氏典业析产和徽典经营会票不能获利的情况表明,在当时市场条件下,徽商资本已难以壮大。  相似文献

ABSTRACT This paper deals with the aestheticization and commoditization of culture in specific grand rituals held in Vanuatu. Through political, commercial and juridical processes, the traditional referent of these neo‐ritualizations has been replaced by a celebration of the kastom theme itself; the official value of a regional, national, and global cultural heritage. The examination of two iconic rituals, the Nagol land dive on Pentecost island and the 15th February annual commemoration of John Frum on Tanna island, reveals them as similarly invoking a Christian and colonially inspired reverence in their idealization of an ancestral past. Nevertheless, the increasing monetarization of village communities through the global promotion of kastom spectacles by media and for touristic purposes is ever more frequently considered locally as a factor of inequality or division.  相似文献

Systemic failure of our land management, legal, and regulatory institutions is revealed by the serious and adverse social and environmental impacts of land use practices in private agriculture, evident in severe land and water degradation, precipitous decline in biodiversity, and reduced resilience to natural hazards and climate change. The efficacy of the standard treatment of environmental law and regulation is often hampered by the cultural and legal priority of property rights. We take a different approach, using legal geography to refocus attention on the salience and agency of place and responses to degradation, such as conservation farming and regenerative agriculture, which are reforming dominant land management cultures and institutions from within. By recognising the role of place in leading geographically responsive land use decision-making and more sustainable, resilient, and productive agricultural practices, an alternative model of private land ownership may be possible, as well as greater environmental sustainability. For researchers, our approaches too must be sensitive and responsive to place agency and our methodologies must evolve to acknowledge the agency of place. Place agency in legal geography has great potential for application in reforming suboptimal industrial agricultural practices and legal models of property ownership, and also for revitalising our scholarship.  相似文献

Digital platforms have changed how property is sold and valued in the Global North, yet little is known about digital tools in emerging land markets. Drawing on in situ and digital ethnography, we argue that Facebook plays a key role in making a new kind of market in Myanmar, one in which land is transformed into a speculative asset, exchanged across ever-expanding networks. While commodification is familiar within longer histories of capitalism, this case highlights the significance of digital platforms to the contemporary remaking of property relations. Unlike classic cases of market-making enabled by active state regulation, Myanmar’s digital land markets were forged in the context of state absence by brokers who harnessed the technological affordances of social media to increase the scale, scope and speed of transactions. This creative re-appropriation of the platform forged new, unregulated digital markets that ultimately accumulated corporate profits and intensified participant risk.  相似文献

The article investigates the effect of crime on firm entry rates in Italian provinces over the period 2007–2016. The extant literature focuses mainly on the relationship between crime and the sorting of new businesses. The present paper contributes to this stream of work by estimating the effect of crime on the overall propensity to engage in entrepreneurial activities across a national territory. We measure the extent to which property and violent crime affect firm entry rates using an instrumental variable approach in which the instrument for criminal activity is the effective abortion rate. Our findings suggest that crime has a negative, sizable impact on firm entry. The results are robust to alternative instrumental variables and firm entry indicators. This empirical exercise emphasizes the need to consider loss of new business activities as a downstream effect when computing the social costs of crime.  相似文献

本文选择了杭州市城郊结合部某村的小产权房开发作为研究案例,通过探索此处小产权房从网络构建到销售为止一系列的开发过程,来反映\"小产权房\"产生的背景与制度环境因素。研究发现,此案例小产权房的开发依托于社会网络形成并且运作。并且在开发的最后阶段,开发商通过两种途径,实现小产权房的进一步集中与出售,保证了小产权房的开发出路。作为时代的\"产物\",小产权房有其不合法性,也有其合理性。本文对小产权房的研究,对未来小产权房的进一步研究具有积极的意义,也为合理治理小产权房提供了有力的依据。  相似文献

\"三普\"软件作为文物数据的采集软件,其数据全面、完整,但在基层文物单位日常工作中,其操作性不佳、使用不便。为了更好地整合、利用这些多元的信息,研究使用FileMaker数据库构建个性化的文物普查数据利用环境,增强系统的操作性和便捷性,实现普查数据在移动终端上的共享,提升文物信息资源的发掘利用水平,让文物工作者可以轻松自制文物数据管理系统。结果表明,量身定制一套符合自身实际工作需求的文物管理系统,是让少量科研经费发挥较大效用的一个切实有效的方法。  相似文献

基于POI大数据的老工业区房价影响因素空间分异与实证   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在采集沈阳市铁西区2017年住宅、工厂、地铁站等兴趣点数据的基础上,将工厂距离、房龄以及住宅密度三个变量与传统变量共同参与构建地理加权回归模型,揭示房价影响因素的空间异质性及形成机制。结果表明:在全区范围内,房龄、住宅密度、公共交通、公共配套设施等对房价有显著的提升作用,而工业企业等对房价有一定的抑制作用;新老城区对比来看,所筛选的影响因素与房价的相关性具有显著的空间非平稳性,具体表现在工厂距离、公交密度、商场距离等因素在新老城区的正负影响差异,以及住宅密度、地铁站距离等单向影响因子回归系数的强度渐变;从研究方法来看,基于POI与GWR集成分析,可以有效克服房价实时更新慢、准确度低及数据清洗困难等传统难题,从而为构建和发展新数据环境下的经济地理研究提供参考。  相似文献
