WHAT CONDITION OUR CONDITION IS IN

In Humanism in Intercultural Perspective, editors Jörn Rüsen and Henner Laass outline their project of renewing the foundations of the notion of “humanism.” They collect a large variety of contributions they hope will be conducive to this aim. Yet the architecture of the project leaves open a long list of conceptual problems, concerning in particular: the integration of cultural diversity into humanism; the relationship between humanism and the political; the way in which normativity is incorporated into humanism; and the question as to the place of historicity in the human condition. An extended discussion of Elisio Macamo's, Dipesh Chakrabarty's, and Friedrich Wilhelm Graf's contributions to the volume serves to further elucidate these problems and to explore ways in which they might possibly be solved.

本文针对在“乾隆大阅甲”修复过程中所涉及到的种种问题进行了详细地分析和论述,深入探讨了对文物修复原则的理解,同时,列举实例阐明国内、外的文物修复惯例和要求。在遵循文物保护的基本原则———“不改变文物原状”的前提下,制定出修复方案,得到了满意的修复效果。最后,在理论探讨与实际修复的基础上,得出这样一个结论:要综合考虑所修文物的时代、文化背景和传统习惯等,并结合现代科学技术与手段,具体问题具体分析,目的是体现文物的三个价值。对于修复标准来讲,是没有绝对和唯一的,一件文物的修复只有最适宜的方案,而无标准方案。

Inequalities,responsibility and rational capacities: A defence of responsibility-sensitive egalitarianism

This article aims to defend responsibility-sensitive egalitarianism by arguing for the rational capacities-based principle of responsibility as a plausible conception of an agent's responsibility for inequalities caused by his or her choice in responsibility-sensitive egalitarianism. I show that the rational capacities-based principle of responsibility is not only philosophically defensible as a conception of genuine choice, but also promising enough to ward off two common worries which cast doubt on responsibility-sensitive egalitarianism (qua luck egalitarianism): first, the rational capacities-based principle of responsibility allows the assignment of differential degrees of responsibility to rational agents in proportional terms, which may make it echo the adverse effects of their childhood environments. Second, its proportional construal essentially allows that nobody possesses a full degree of rational capacities. This enables responsibility-sensitive egalitarianism to refute the harshness objection.     

故宫建福宫石质文物保存状况的评价研究

故宫建福宫遗存了大量石质构件,其风化现象比较严重。为评价其保存状况,对建福宫石质构件的划痕宽度、回弹性能、自由渗水率、表层波速与透射波速进行取点测试,与新鲜石材数据对比后,证实其风化程度比较严重,需要进行后续的保护处理。同时还对影响建福宫石质构件风化的环境因素进行测试分析,研究了环境因素与石质构件保存状况的关系,为病害分析乃至保护操作提供了数据及理论支持。     

Engagement and Management: Developing a Monitoring System for Open-air Rock Art in the UK and Ireland

ABSTRACT

Neolithic and Early Bronze Age rock carvings in the United Kingdom and Ireland represent an internationally unique rock art tradition as it is, to the best of our knowledge, the only wholly abstract global rock art tradition. This heritage resource is, however, under threat from an array of factors, such as increasing population densities and agricultural intensity. In this paper, we report on the Condition Assessment Risk Evaluation (CARE) project that had as one of its primary objectives the co-production of a user-friendly, non-invasive condition assessment risk evaluation Toolkit for gathering and organising information essential for the long-term conservation of open-air rock art. We describe the public involvement CARE process through co-experience participatory focus groups, which evaluated the Toolkit, concluding that we can have confidence in the results obtained from the public. Furthermore, the variables that form part of the Toolkit and related management recommendations are presented.

我国体育文化空间差异及其区划研究

以地理视角观察体育文化,对我国体育文化与地理环境的关系进行探讨。从不同区域的气候条件、地势和地形条件、水域条件等自然地理环境因素和人体体格、文化背景与民族传统、区域经济发展水平等人文地理环境因素的差异上探讨了体育文化与地理环境的关系。采用层次聚类分析中的Q型聚类方法,构建指标体系,将我国体育文化区划成3个一级区,8个二级区。最后对各体育文化区分别进行评述。     

城市内部居住迁移对居民自评健康的影响研究——以北京市为例
