海外华侨华人与祖籍国关系60年述评

以中共十一届三中全会为界,新中国成立以来海外华侨华人与祖籍国关系可分为两个阶段。在新中国建立后,华侨科学家纷纷回国献身科技事业,贡献卓著;海外华商回国设厂和捐资办学一度非常踊跃。十一届三中全会以来,在党和国家正确侨务政策引导下,华侨华人掀起支持祖籍国改革开放的热湖。他们大规模来华投资,继续支持科技事业,大力兴办公益事业,积极推动中国统一大业。华侨华人与祖籍国关系史,是国史和侨史不可忽视的内容,其对于制定侨务政策、利用和保护侨务资源、推动祖国完全统一乃至实现党的奋斗目标具有重要意义。     

Is distance really dying? Transportation and knowledge spillovers

Enhanced transportation infrastructure improves the frequency of travel and facilitates face-to-face communication. Will the resulting reduction in travel cost mitigate the geographical concentration of knowledge spillovers? Our empirical strategy exploits China's mass expansion of its intercity high-speed railway network as a natural experiment. Using patent citations as the proxy for knowledge spillovers, we find inventors increasingly rely on more distant knowledge after rail connection and newly connect cities' innovation performance improves substantially.

In Quebec, 75% of the province's elected municipal officials hold office in municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants. While we know that the demographic size of a municipality is likely to influence the career path and profile of elected officials and, more generally, the professional nature of elective office, to the best of our knowledge, little has been written about this relationship in Quebec municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants. This is surprising given the institutional, political, and financial context can vary greatly depending on the size of the municipality and is thus likely to influence the nature of the day-to-day elective office. Using a methodology based on semi-structured interviews with roughly 30 elected officials, our study highlights two specific characteristics. Some believe the nature of their elective office to be the same as that held by their counterparts in large municipalities, so they feel that they are not equipped with the same tools to meet the needs of their office. Some perceive the conditions under which they exercise their office are different, so they note the scope of their task is heavy, impacting their daily lives. These findings point to the need for further studies on the management of these smaller municipalities.

清代塞外围场格局与动物资源盛衰

清代的塞外围场,建于山深林茂之区,有丰富的动植物资源,地域相连,功能各异,政治军事地位十分重要。清皇室决定着围场资源的利用方式和占有形式,康乾时期不间断的军事演练式的行围对围场动物资源衰减有重要影响,嘉道停围后,骑射演武的军事功能荡然无存,但动物资源衰减依旧势不可遏。塞外围场分布格局、资源存在结构及分配形式改变,围场体系完结。     

上海“文革”时期的蔬菜供应

城市蔬菜供应关联"民众一生活"和"社会一管理"两条渡动线,难怪通过"文革"夺权的造反派,在蔬菜供应淡季时,也得派人勘踏田头,各方调运,促进上市."文革"前,上海以三角地菜场为服务典范;"文革"中,上海以长寿支路菜场为服务样板.前后"优质服务"的套路、特色并无二致,支持系统的政治符号和政治指向,却因强调为"政治路线服务"而不一样.同时,蔬菜供应的背后,还存在着相当严重的贪污盗窃活动.     

近十年晚清民国以来宗族研究综述

晚清民国以来宗族的研究有了明显的进展,在宗族社会变迁、宗族近代化、城市宗族研究方面都出版了专著,研究者还注意从区域入手探讨宗族,深入研究长江中下游、广东、福建、安徽等地宗族,极大改变了以往近现代宗族研究的薄弱状况.华北宗族的研究引起人类学与历史学学者的重视,客家宗族研究形成高潮,人类学者关注当代宗族.当代宗族复兴的研究方面,宗族与乡村自治的探讨成绩突出.     

《一切经音义》与古籍整理研究

玄应和慧琳<一切经音义>前后相承,诠释了一千多部佛经中的词语,在某种程度上可以说是当时入藏佛经的缩影,据其所释某部佛经的词语可比勘唐宋传本与今传本的异同,而由其所释各部佛经则可略窥其时入藏全部佛经的概貌,且玄应和慧琳征引了经史子集数百种古籍来阐释佛典词语,其中有的可与现有传本互补对勘,有的则今已失传而为其所独有,更显珍贵.因而,玄应和慧琳所释音义在某种程度上可以说是先秦传承至唐宋古籍的渊薮,在古籍整理硏究方面具有重要的学术价值.     

《全宋诗·文彦博诗》辑补

文彦博是北宋的一代名臣,在文学和书法上也颇受推崇,传世文集有<文潞公集>40卷.<全宋诗>卷273至卷278"文彦博"条下辑录了他的诗集,集外又补辑8首,但仍有遗漏.本文主要根据<两宋名贤小集>和乾隆<济源县志>及同治<榆次县志>、<宋人小集>等文献,辑录集外佚诗计35首又2句.并勘正4处讹误.     

从《慈恩传》看唐人风貌

《慈恩传》全称《大慈恩寺三藏法师传》,是一部记述玄奘生平最早最详实的传记,也是唐代唯一的一部专传;《慈恩传》记述了玄葵不同寻常的一生,更重要的是,《慈恩传》折射出唐代上升时期的唐人风貌：开放的文化心态,进取的时代风貌,强烈的爱国情感。
