河南孟州市发现大泉五十陶钱范

最近,孟州市博物馆在当地村民手中征集到2套大泉五十钱范,其形制相同。从其形制结构、文字风格等判断,当为王莽时期盗铸钱币的钱范。这2套钱范的发现对研究王莽时期的社会状况有一定价值。     

Evaluating strategic metropolitan planning in Bari and Taranto

Following the Italian Government’s decision to fund strategic planning in order to promote a sustainable and competitive development in city-regions in southern Italy, the regional governments were asked to steer proactively strategic planning initiatives within their respective territory. In the cases of Bari and Taranto, it was the first time that 31 municipalities constituting Metropolitan Bari and 28 municipalities constituting sub-region Taranto attempted to think collectively in order to prepare the strategic plan. This paper evaluates strategic planning in Bari and Taranto sub-regions and discusses lessons learnt for future efforts in strategic planning. We examine why were the strategic plans made and how was the planning process organized and what, if any, impact these attempts had on development strategies and governance models at the urban-regional level.     

欠发达地区城市公交底线公平的空间分异特征及成因分析——以云南省为例

底线公平是欠发达地区城市公交发展的基础指标。基于底线公平理论,本文从公交服务公平性、资源配置公平性、保障公平性三个方面,建立了城市公交底线公平性测度指标体系,采用PCA模型对欠发达地区城市公交的底线公平性进行测度分析,以云南省为例获取城市公交底线公平的空间分异特征,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果表明,云南省城市公交的底线公平性总体较差,空间分布呈现“圈层”特征,全省城市公交底线公平的整体空间分异与主因子空间分异特征吻合;平均候车时间、公交站点覆盖率、公共汽电车责任事故死亡率、公交运营车辆人车比等指标是影响公交底线公平的关键指标。     

旅游口号设计框架构建及其偏离分析:基于衰减器作用视角

作为建立品牌认知、创建品牌资产和投射品牌形象的重要手段,旅游口号在"目的地竞争战"中发挥了重要作用。立足于"衰减器"作用机理,构建旅游口号设计规则框架。同时,根据旅游口号评价指标与设计规则的分歧倾向比例来定义偏离级次,实证分析不同地域尺度的旅游口号的偏离程度和偏离分布差异。研究结论显示：①衰减器的内部作用过程包括特征抽取和口号衰减两个阶段;②旅游口号的偏离情况具有地域尺度差异性。省域旅游口号的总偏离程度最高,景域旅游口号的偏离分布差异性最明显,而市域旅游口号和我国旅游口号的偏离分布一致。

乡村旅游对社会主义新农村建设、构建和谐社会、统筹城乡发展等意义巨大。乡村旅游循环开发模式是基于循环经济理论的一种乡村旅游开发新模式,即以乡村旅游业为核心,带动乡村种植业、养殖业和加工业的发展,具有企业经营的综合性、资源利用的循环可再生性、发展的可持续性、强抗风险性、整体效益优化性等特征。

河间古文、孔壁古文和中秘古文,是汉代古文经籍流传三个重要环节,三者关系不明,汉代古文经籍流传和学术不明。河间王国学举六艺,二十六年间,学者云集,天下古文尽在河间。孔安国亦游学献书河间,是析清古文经籍流传的关键。孔安国与河间有着很深的学术渊源,河间在中央极大压力下,部分古文珍本由安国收藏,后由安国家人献于朝廷充入秘府,遂为中秘古文。     

From superabilità to transabilità: towards an Italian disability studies

This article discusses recent academic and theoretical approaches to disability in Italy, situating them in relation to Anglo-American disability studies as well as within the Italian academic context, and sketches out the contours of an emergent Italian disability studies. The discussion centres on three terms that have emerged recently in Italy: superabilità (implying both ‘ability to overcome’ and ‘exceptional ability’); diversabilità (being ‘differently abled’); and transabilità (the desire for, or identification with, a disabled body by a non-disabled subject). The article considers the role of narrative in each of these categories, as well as the way that each deals with the question of limits. While discourses in each category construct or confirm a strong disabled identity, the article argues that transabilità might also be understood as the transcendence of identity on the basis of ability. This alternative understanding puts pressure on the question of identity itself and challenges the very need for narrative (re)construction.

《清平山堂话本》是现存刊印最早的话本小说选集,真实保存了宋元明三代话本的原始面貌,通过文本细读,可以窥见计谋、丢失、语谶等常成为早期话本情节编创时的选择,体现出情节模式类型化倾向的特点,一方面囿于早期艺人的编创能力,另一方面也传达了普通民众的文化心理。
