湖北天门市石家河古城三房湾遗址2011年发掘简报

2011年,湖北省文物考古研究所、北京大学考古文博学院对石家河古城三房湾遗址的东南低洼地带进行了勘探和发掘,证实该处存在城垣堆积,且走向明确。城垣的兴建年代不早于屈家岭文化晚期,至石家河文化晚期已经废弃。此次工作,为全面认识石家河古城的结构以及聚落变迁提供了重要的资料。     

城墙命运变迁与遗产保护思考

近五六十年来,人们对古城墙的态度发生了巨大的变化,与之密切相关的城墙命运也是如此,经历了一个从拆除到日渐重视保存、从趋于保护到热衷于修复和重建的历史过程。本文对这一过程及其重要人事进行了梳理,并分析了相关重要影响因素。同时,基于城墙命运巨大变化的历史考察,对快速城市化过程中的城市文化遗产保护进行了多方面的思考。     

西安市汉长安城长乐宫六号建筑遗址

2005～2006年,中国社会科学院考古研究所汉长安城工作队对长乐宫六号宫殿遗址的主体建筑及其附属建筑进行了发掘。附属建筑分两部分,均由殿堂、廊道、散水和院落组成。从出土遗物看,该建筑始建于西汉初期并一直沿用到王莽时期。根据发掘资料并结合文献记载,六号宫殿遗址应是长乐宫的前殿旧址。     

大同南郊北魏墓群研究

通过对时代特征强、演变快的陶器进行分析,可将大同南郊北魏墓群进行重新分组,167座墓葬共划分为五组,其中包含两个数量不多的过渡特征组。遗迹现象表明,第三组时是大同南郊墓地形成史上的巨变时期,此时北魏经历了太和改革和迁都洛阳,第三组墓葬所表现的维持和破坏并存的状况,当是当时现实社会的真实写照。     

江西萍乡市田中古城遗址调查简报

田中古城位于江西萍乡市区北约4公里。城址建于萍乡市经济开发区田中管理处下辖的田中村东北约1200米的一座低矮土岭上。城址北依山坡,东邻萍水(又称萍乡河),南部有几处起伏的低丘,西面是开阔的平地(图一)。古城周边有三个自然村,分别称为土城坳上、土城坳下和何家圳。据当地民众回忆,田中古城所在的土岭     

咸阳“周王陵”考古调查、勘探简报

周王陵位于陕西省咸阳市渭城区周陵镇北侧,陵园平面为长方形,方向170°,由南北两陵、内外双重围墙、双重壕沟、外藏坑、建筑遗址、小型墓葬等部分组成。内陵园中除南、北两陵外,还有少量的建筑遗址及外藏坑。外陵园内则有较多的外藏坑及建筑遗址。外陵园的西北角、东北角及东侧外围墙、外壕沟之间的北段发现小型墓葬三组。据陵园形制、布局特点及出土遗物分析,周王陵的时代为战国晚期,为秦悼武王及其夫人的陵墓——永陵的可能性较大。     

临沂洗砚池晋墓出土漆器考议

临沂洗砚池晋墓是近年山东地区汉晋考古的一次重要发现.在大量的珍贵文物中,漆器显得尤为受人关注.本文结合考古资料,对这批漆器的器形种类、制作工艺、铭文以及产地等相关问题,进行了分析和探讨.     

故宫博物院与辛亥革命

1911年爆发的辛亥革命是中国近代完全意义上的民族民主革命运动,它为中国博物馆事业的发展创造了条件。1925年成立的故宫博物院则是辛亥革命未竟之业,标志着中国民族民主运动在文化领域的胜利。然而,由于文献记载和档案资料稀少零散,加之辛亥革命发生与故宫博物院成立相隔时间较长,辛亥革命对故宫博物院建院的推动,以及故宫博物院开院之于辛亥革命事业的意义,未受到足够的重视,国内外相关研究也十分薄弱。通过梳理历史文献及档案,本文以政治内涵、文化认同和博物馆事业为视角,阐释了故宫博物院与辛亥革命之间的密切联系,并力图客观地呈现当时社会事件的历史情境。     

Empirical Green's Functions Modified by Attenuation for Sources Located at Intermediate and Far Distances from the Original Source

We present a scheme to modify empirical Green's functions by attenuation considering: (1) geometrical spreading; (2) decay in high frequency; (3) regional attenuation; and (4) phase of the signal. The accelerograms computed with the proposed simulation method are compared, in time and frequency domains, with strong ground motions from subduction and intermediate-depth earthquakes recorded in Mexico. It is shown that this simple empirical Green's functions technique can synthesize both the shape and amplitude of the response spectra in the site, considering a postulated seismic source located at different distances from the original one.     

Design in government: City planning,space-making,and urban politics

In recent years, design has appeared in an ever-broadening range of government processes and projects, particularly in cities. What has design become, such that its methods and practices could be applied to urban planning and public administration? And what are the governmental problems that design methods and designers are being mobilized to address? This article answers these questions by tracing the tangled intersections of design, city planning, and urban administration in the last century. Through a genealogical analysis, it shows how a number of designers came to redefine design as a set of procedures for formulating and proposing solutions to “wicked problems.” This understanding of design—which developed in fields such as industrial and product design that were remote from government—has recently gained salience in public administration and city planning. In contrast to an influential geographical analysis of design as spectacular architecture that is divorced from any broad social objective, the article argues that design in government can be analyzed as the design of politics. Its concern is not with the aesthetic or functional qualities of material objects—whether a manufactured product, building, or article of clothing—but with the ongoing work of organizing argumentation and decision making about complex, large-scale problems.
