旧时内江的糖民俗

内江的蔗糖业源远流长。近代以来,内江的蔗糖产量在全省名列前茅,蔗糖业一度成为内江的一大经济支柱。食糖、冰糖、蜜饯成为对外交换的重要产品。内江渐以“甜城”驰名,饮誉中外。“甜城”一词已载入《辞海》。内江的自然、社会、历史条件尽管与川中南各地无较大差异,民间习俗与川中南大同小异,但随着近代以来内江蔗糖业的发展及与之相关的行业的产生,内江地区逐渐形成了一些较独特的民间习俗。     

北京宫廷饮食脞谭

农历正月初一,是我国传统的新春佳节。辞旧岁,迎新春,是几千年来的习俗。一般平民过年时尚要放一串庆贺的爆竹,吃一顿较平时为丰盛的年饭,那么皇帝是怎样过年的呢?

义民是台湾客家的核心信仰,其中又以新竹县新埔镇的枋寮义民庙影响力最大。本重新思考台湾汉学人类学的重要理论“祭祀圈”,以十五大庄的形成史及其传播为素材,说明这一信仰过程中所包含的族群与政治力量。     

春节话食俗

腊八粥——最初是佛教的一种宗教节日食品。在释迦牟尼成佛的传说里,牧女给他吃的就是由各种食品混合组成的粥。恢复元气的释迦牟尼到菩提树下静坐沉思,于十二月初八日得道成佛。从此每年到“腊八”这天,寺院的僧侣们都要取清新干果熬制成粥供奉佛祖。这就是腊八粥的来历。佛教在我国流传深远,因而民间也沿袭了这一习俗。     

围屏石榻的源流和北魏墓葬中的祆教习俗

关于围屏石榻的研究是随着北周安伽墓的发现而开始的,笔者写了拙稿《天水出土围屏石榻及相关问题研究》,之后,在学习的过程中又积累了一些资料,对其中的某些问题有了更深的认识,现加以整理和总结,不足之处请学界师长和同仁予以指正。

Flying With the Soul of the Dead

In a Tibetan valley, before the sun rises, a corpse tied in a fetal posi-tion is laid on a large rock on a mountainside. Someone is burning a fire with cypress branches andIndian azalea branches, onto which zanba(roasted highland barley) is sprinkled, andthe smoke curls upwards. A very strange odor soon begins tospread across the valley. Rutog Grasslands

The Rutog Grasslands lie at the foot of Milha in between the Lhasa and Gongbo areas,and are relatively close to Lhasa. To appreciate the scenery there, we left the Lhasa River Valley, and struck out upstream along the Mezhumi River to the Wose River that cuts through the Rutog Grasslands.
