政党现代化视域的选人用人论析

政党现代化是一个不断制度化、规范化、科学化的过程。选人用人是政党的重要功能。选人用人的合法性和科学性,是政党现代化的题中应有之义遥。只有在厘清公共权力、执政党和民众政治参与的逻辑关系的前提下,才能科学把握政党现代化的一般规律,并遵循这个规律来选人用人。     

"Freedom. Money. Fun. Love.": the warlore of Vietnamese bargirls

Memories of the Vietnam War abound in the minds of those who survived it, be they veterans or civilians, Vietnamese or American. Vietnamese refugees, forced to flee their homeland after the war ended in 1975, tell particularly poignant stories of loss -- of country, of family, of tradition, and of identity. Not so the women featured in this article. During the war, they served as bargirls in Saigon, entertaining American soldiers. The stories they tell of the war paint an entirely different picture: one of good times, and camaraderie, and the exhilaration of being young and free in the city. They were able to break free from tradition and the expectations imposed on their gender because of the war, and because of that, remember the war as the best time of their lives.     

Characterization of some ancient glass beads unearthed from the Kizil reservoir and Wanquan cemeteries in Xinjiang,China

A total of 33 ancient glass beads unearthed from the Kizil reservoir cemetery and Wanquan cemetery in Xinjiang are studied using Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy with energy‐dispersive spectrometry (SEM–EDS) and other methods. The detailed study of the glassy matrices, the crystalline inclusions and the microstructural heterogeneities for these glass beads has revealed some valuable information to help in the understanding of their possible manufacturing technology and provenance. At least two different types of glass were present in the two cemeteries. For the first time, antimony‐based colourant/opacifier—for example, Pb₂Sb₂O₇ or CaSb₂O₆—was systematically identified in some beads of plant‐ash type soda–lime glass dated to about 1000–500 bc . The limited number of potash glass beads from the Kizil reservoir cemetery, which were dated to about 500–300 bc , used tin oxide as an opacifier. The diverse resources of the soda–lime and potash glasses indicate the existence of a complex trade network between China and the West much earlier than the Western Han Dynasty.

After the founding of New China, the preschool education in TAR was at starting stage with weak infrastructure and lack of teachers.     

大型体育场馆对城市居民休闲体育行为时空规律的影响研究——以国内三个城市为例

建成环境与身体活动的关系备受地理学者关注。休闲体育活动是一种融合体育运动和游憩的休闲性身体活动。大型体育场馆作为城市重要的休闲体育建成环境,关注其对居民休闲体育行为影响研究尚不足。基于三个城市大型体育场馆的居民休闲体育行为调查,本文探讨大型体育场馆对居民休闲体育行为时空规律及其影响因素。研究发现：①距离场馆越远,休闲体育者到访越少;因交通网覆盖度及交通可达性提升,局部呈现多中心集聚衰减特征。②10 km以内距离集中90%以上休闲体育者,30 min以内时间最可接受。③家庭结构、场馆活动频率和满意度对到访时空规律影响不显著;年龄、月收入和文化程度等对3 km以内影响较大;随距离增加,休闲体育偏好和机动化出行方式等影响显著。     

几种常用清洗方法的清洗效果对比讨论

以常用的几种清洗方法对石质文物模拟污染物的清洗效果进行检验,分析了石材文物表面污染物的病害及污染物成因。对化学清洗、蒸汽喷射清洗、粒子喷砂清洗等常用清洗方法的优劣及清洗效果进行了比较。对几种特种清洗方法的适用性及清洗效果进行了分析,几种特种清洗需要相互配合使用,取长补短,才能有效地去除石质文物表面有害污染物,对石质文物表面污染物做到彻底清除,从而为后续保护和加固提供条件。

晚清吉林果子楼的贡品管理

满人入关后,在东北地区逐渐建立起专门管理捕牲和采集贡品的机构,吉林果子楼就是其中之一。本文通过对吉林果子楼的设置、职官、建筑以及职能等事宜的梳理、讨论,揭示清廷对吉林围场动植物资源的保护与管理。同时,作者也阐释了该地自然资源与居民生活方式、社会习俗间的密切关系。     

莫友芝诗文对夏同龢及夏氏研究的重要意义试析——兼及莫夏姻亲关系讲述

道光十二年（1832）莫友芝娶麻哈（今麻江）高枧夏鸿时之小女夏芙衣为妻,两家结成姻亲关系。光绪二十四年（1898）夏鸿时玄孙夏同龢高中状元,成为贵州历史上仅有的两名文状元之一。莫友芝为夏家写下不少诗文,这对夏同钚及夏氏研究有重要意义。莫友芝诗文明晰了高枧夏氏入黔史,还原并丰富了夏家相关历史人物,是目前再现昔日高枧的唯一历史资料,是状元故里开发建设的重要参考。
