珍珠港事变前夜的中美交涉

美国长期大量向日本出售钢铁、石油等战略物资,助长其侵华实力。1939年7月,蒋介石致电罗斯福,建议美国采取办法,削弱日本的战斗力与经济力。同月,美国政府宣布废止美日商约,对日实行经济制裁。1941年4月,日本向美国提出《日美谅解案》,企图通过谈判,减轻美国对日本的经济压力。罗斯福为避免美国过早陷入大西洋和太平洋同时两面作战的不利局面,提出退让、妥协方案,企图在一定时间内放松对日本的经济封锁。蒋介石坚决反对美国政府改变对日政策,愤而以"国际信义"与"人类道德"相责,胡适、宋子文也积极与美方交涉,最终,美国对日政策由有限度的妥协恢复为全面强硬,美日谈判破裂。日本指责美国已彻头彻尾地成为蒋介石的代言人,于12月初突袭珍珠港等地,太平洋战争爆发。     

陕西子洲出土商代青铜容器铸造工艺观察分析

2010年11月,陕西省子洲县裴家湾镇关王岔村出土了6件青铜容器,包括尊、瓿、盘、觚、鼎、提梁卣各1件。本文通过对铜器上遗留的工艺痕迹进行肉眼观察,对铜器的铸型设计、芯撑情况、浇注位置等铸造工艺环节以及铸后加工的细节进行了初步的判断和复原,指出该批铜器的铸造工艺与安阳出土的殷墟前期同类器物基本相同,这一结果对认识和揭示这批青铜器的学术价值具有重要的意义。     

古道遗珍 记国家博物馆《丝绸之路》大型文物展览

2014年11月10日,APEC会议在北京召开,与此同时,由文化部、国家文物局与陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海、新疆、河南六省区人民政府联合主办,中国国家博物馆承办的大型文物展览——《丝绸之路》于11月6日在北京中国国家博物馆开幕。展览汇集了来自全国16个省区市44家文博单位的490余件文物珍品,     

考古工作与考古遗址博物馆展示传播的关系

考古工作为考古遗址博物馆提供藏品、展品和丰富的考古信息,而考古遗址博物馆是进行考古宣传与教育的重要阵地。在考古遗址博物馆中,为了更好地展示并传播考古信息,考古人应改变以往的工作方式,树立展示传播的意识,不是"窄播"意识,而是"广播"意识,并非只考虑将考古成果"窄播"给考古圈内的学者,也要"广播"给博物馆展览策划师、广大公众;而且考古人应该从田野考古、发掘报告、科学研究三个方面为考古遗址博物馆提供强有力的支撑。     

南朝宋皇太子監國有司儀注的文書學與制度史考察

南朝宋皇太子監國有司儀注,反映了魏晉南北朝時期的公文形態。但是,現有中華書局點校本《宋書》、《通典》的儀注文本及標點,均有不完善之處,需要重新校録文本和標點。在對儀注進行了文書學與制度史考察之後可知,儘管尚書臺(省)自西晉以後就已取得了作爲宰相機構的職權,尚書令、僕射也已被視爲宰相,但是遲至南朝宋時,尚書臺仍然未成爲一個層級分化、結構規整、分工明確、各有權限的外朝宰相職司。在兩漢至隋唐間三公制—三省制的體制轉軌還沒有基本完成之前,尚書臺所得的宰相職權,並沒有及時反映到律令常典和公文形態中。尚書臺作爲文書傳遞機構的性質,仍在相當長一段時期內體現在南北朝公文書式中。就現有研究而言,尚書省及令、僕射所獲得的宰相職權在律令和公文制度中得到反映,恐怕要到南北朝後期,甚至是隋初纔實現。     

基于观众视角的我国博物馆微信营销策略研究

我国博物馆应充分运用互联网、多媒体、新媒体等技术手段,使博物馆文化成果惠及更多受众,博物馆微信营销是完成该任务的有效手段之一。我国博物馆通过微信营销策略满足观众需求具有很强的实践性。专业化程度较高、功能较完善、社会作用较明显的96家国家一级博物馆中,有65家开通了微信公众号,但目前微信公众号存在基本内容不完整,功能不完善,内容更新频率低,宣传推广力度不够等问题。今后博物馆应根据自身情况,完善公众号的基本内容与功能,加快内容更新频率来保持目标用户的关注,多途径进行微信公众号的推广,凭借微信公众平台这个低成本的沟通渠道,为观众提供更加优质的服务。     

Bayesian Parameter Identification and Model Selection for Normalized Modulus Reduction Curves of Soils

This work develops a procedure that involves the use of Bayesian approach to quantify data scatterness, estimates the optimal values of model parameters, and selects the most appropriate model for the construction of normalized modulus reduction curves of soils. The proposed procedure is then demonstrated using real observation data based on a set of comprehensive resonant column tests on coarse-grained soils conducted in the study.     

Biomechanics of coaching maximal instep soccer kick for practitioners

Kicking in soccer has been the subject of scientific research for more than 40 years yet review articles summarizing the biomechanical fundamentals of kick optimization as a guide to coaching are scarcely to be found. The current review article aims to bridge the gap between scientific research into the maximal instep kick (including studies employing 3D motion capture and full-body biomechanical modelling) and the application of such research in coaching. It does so by supplying a scientifically founded, coaching-friendly article explaining identifiable characteristics and motor control sequencing that define this skill. Relevant biomechanical factors are identified in a way that should help coaches better develop training programmes and, at the same time, foster better understanding of the skill among athletes. Such information will contribute to both accelerated skill acquisition and, by concomitant gains in skill efficiency, the development of programmes that minimize risk of injury to athletes during training.     

Lichenometric constraints on the age of the Huashan Grottoes, East China

Lichenometry is a method of dating that has been widely used in glaciated areas for determining the minimum age of exposure of a geomorphic landform during the late Holocene. This paper presents a regional calibration data set of lichen thallus sizes versus rock surface ages for the Huashan area, East China, based on measurements of yellow-green Rhizocarpon lichens on the known-age substrates at eight sites. An empirical relationship between thallus sizes and rock surface ages was established using both the traditional regression and the Bayesian approaches. Using the Bayesian calibration, the minimum age of the Huashan Grottoes was dated from 450 ± 60 to 330 ± 60 years ago, corresponding to the late Ming Dynasty (AD 1477–1632). These dates are generally consistent with those predicted from the regression-based linear growth curve. Our results suggest that applications of this technique can be safely extended to the non-glaciated areas.
