近10余年周恩来与新中国外交研究述评

作为新中国第一任总理兼外交部长,周恩来直接领导新中国外交工作长达26年,他为中国与世界的和平事业作出了不可磨灭的杰出贡献。本文就自1997年以来周恩来与新中国外交这一研究领域的国内外主要研究成果和现存问题做一简要评述。一、近10余年出版的相关图书概况自20世纪90年代中后期至今,国内外先后出版了一批关于周恩来与新中国外交的图书,这些图书大致可以分为三类:     

珠江三角洲乡镇工业空间分布的分散性研究——以顺德市北滘镇为例

乡镇工业空间分布的研究具有很强的理论与现实意义。国外就这一主题的研究很少。本文在总结国内目前有关研究的基础上,以我国乡镇工业发达的珠江三角洲为研究区域,以顺德市北滘镇为实例,采用北滘镇域内109间乡镇工业企业的抽样问卷调查资料,对乡镇工业分散分布问题进行实证研究,试图从企业角度揭示和分析乡镇工业分散分布的根本原因。     

Labour in Global Value Chains: Work Conditions in Football Manufacturing in China,India and Pakistan

A critical challenge facing developing country producers is to meet international labour standards and codes of conduct in order to engage in global value chains. Evidence of gains for workers from compliance with such standards and codes remains limited and patchy. This article focuses on the global football industry, a sector dominated by leading global brands that manage dispersed global value chains. It assesses the working conditions for football stitchers engaged in different forms of work organization, factories, stitching centres and home‐based settings in Pakistan, India and China. It draws on detailed qualitative primary field research with football‐stitching workers and producers in these three countries. The article explains how and why work conditions of football stitchers differ across these locations through an analytical framework that interweaves both global and local production contexts that influence work conditions. In doing so, it argues that current debates on the role of labour in global value chains have to go beyond a narrow focus on labour standards and corporate social responsibility compliance and engage with economic, technological and social upgrading as factors that could generate sustained improvements in real wages and workers’ conditions.     

A new species of the aphid family Burmitaphididae (Hemiptera: Sternorrhyncha: Aphidomorpha) from Upper Cretaceous Burmese amber

A new species of extinct aphids is reported based on a fossil specimen with a relatively complete body and broken wings from Upper Cretaceous Burmese amber. Vasteantenatus reliquialaus sp. nov. (Hemiptera: Aphidomorpha: Burmitaphididae) differs from other burmitaphidids in having antennae distinctly longer than the body. The diagnosis of Burmitaphididae is emended, and a key to all species of the family is provided

玉树灾后恢复重建中的主体法律问题

玉树地震灾后恢复重建中涉及到许多法律问题,例如地震后的受灾者、恢复重建者、志愿者等主体的认定以及权利保障问题。明确这些主体地位,是确立灾后恢复重建法律关系中的权利和义务的前提。     

少数民族政治参与及其保障机制的若干问题——以青海等省区藏族聚居区为例

政治参与既是推进民主政治建设的一个尺度,也是维护社会政治稳定的重要保障。对于民族地区的政治参与,既要大力推进,充分发挥其积极作用,又要加强引导和规范,使其步入制度化和有序化的健康轨道。本文以青海等省区藏族聚居区为例,就此展开调查研究,具体从政治参与的历史发展、存在问题及其成因、对策思路和保障机制等层面,对少数民族政治参与问题作一分析。     

维吾尔女性与人生仪礼探析

人生仪礼是社会民俗事象的重要组成部分,在民俗文化中占有重要地位。维吾尔人生仪礼对维吾尔女性有着重要影响,所以,维吾尔女性与人生仪礼关系极为密切。本文从维吾尔女性在人生仪礼这一重要民俗事象中所扮演的角色、发挥的作用和人生仪礼对她们的深刻影响方面来阐释二者之间互相联系、互相依存的密切关系,即维吾尔女性传承、发展着维吾尔人生仪礼民俗文化,维吾尔人生仪礼民俗文化也深刻影响、塑造了维吾尔女性。     

Writing city history at the grassroots level: jiedaozhi and their research value

Chinese local gazetteers (difangzhi) have been long recognized as an important primary source for the study of local history. Since the 1990s, in addition to projects to publish provincial, city, and county gazetteers, local gazetteers for villages, city districts, and city neighborhoods and streets (jiedao) have also been compiled. This paper focuses on one particular genre of these newly emerged local gazetteers, the city sub-district gazetteer or street gazetteers (jiedaozhi). We track their development, and discuss their characteristics and their research value for Chinese studies. We show that jiedaozhi open windows into grassroots society in urban areas, which may stimulate new research directions in Chinese studies.

清代书法家郑簠的访碑活动

明万历(1573-1619)间《曹全碑》的出土,吸引了明末清初书法家王铎(1593-1652)、傅山(1607-1684或1685)、郑簠(1622-1693)、陈恭尹(1631-1700)、朱彝尊(1629-1709)等人,将其作为临摹的范本.
