早期贵州籍黄埔学生考释

黄埔军校的诞生,是第一次国共合作时期的重大历史事件.它对国共两党的历史进程和命运都产生了深远的影响.军校刚一创建,贵州就输送了一批高素质的学生.这批学生大多数在外求学,因中国共产党员的举荐,怀抱着信仰主义,改造社会与国家的理想而来.也有少数来自国民党一大代表和其他军事将领以及国民党员安健的介绍.自第一期学生之后,贵州又继续源源不断地为军校输送学生.在一到五期的黄埔毕业学生中,贵州籍的学生人数是163名.其中,第五期人数最多,这与安健的努力密不可分.这批早期的贵州籍学生在黄埔军校很快成长起来,在国民革命、抗日战争中作出了重要贡献,部分人还在战火中成长为国共方面的高级将领.     

“九夏”考述

“九夏”是阔代九大乐歌之统称。“九夏”的演奏，主要使用钟、鼓、鳟、磬等打击乐器，因而具有较强的节奏感，故在周代的礼仪活动中，多用于控制行礼者的行步之节。《肆夏》是“九夏”中的重要一篇，其演奏场合及演奏对象十分复杂，主要功能是在各种礼仪活动中用于控制行礼者的出、入之行节。同时，它还可以献享给宾客，并具有调和礼仪气氛的作用。《陔夏》之“陔”，为警戒之义。《陔夏》的演奏，主要用于宴饮活动结束时控制宾客的行步之节，防止宾客因酒醉而失礼。     

中国现代方志学发展阶段探论(上)

中国现代方志学在中华人民共和国建立以来的发展过程中,经历了兴衰荣盛的变化。科学地划分其所经历的各个发展阶段乃至阶段中的发展时期,并对其间的发展状况予以归结,不仅有裨中国现代方志学的深入研究,进而促进中国方志学整体研究的深入,而且有裨新一轮方志的编修工作,并促进完整的、科学的方志学理论体系和中国方志学学科体系的构建。本文认为,中国现代方志学的发展经历了孕育待兴、探索、中挫冷落和新兴发展4个阶段,而新兴发展阶段又可分为复苏新生、全面兴起、繁荣兴盛和深入发展4个时期。对各个发展阶段及时期的起迄时间、发展状况、相关特点、成果得失等进行了探论。     

李汝珍年谱

<镜花缘>的作者李汝珍,字松石,直隶大兴(今属北京市)人,长期定居海州之板浦(今属江苏省连云港市).其生平史料极为匮乏,给研究其作品带来莫大困难.笔者不揣愚陋,拟在前人已做工作基础上,就有关现有资料草成一简谱,谨以就正于识者.乾隆二十八年(1763),大约生于此年.

The Achievements,Contradictions and Demise of the Rural Collectives in Songzi County,China

The literature on Chinese rural collectives offers different views on the causes of their demise in the early 1980s. Some argue it was a result of egalitarianism and inefficiency, while others emphasize the coercive nature of the decollectivization campaign. Using Songzi County as a case study, this article reviews both the achievements and the problems of the rural collectives and concludes that they can claim some remarkable achievements. It also finds that work avoidance and inefficiency were caused by stratification rather than egalitarianism. While the demise of rural collectives was mostly due to political pressure from the government, the lack of socialist political process contributed to the peasants’ passiveness in failing to resist this major institutional change.     

《邗江县志（1988～2000）》编纂的实践

文章结合《邗江县志（1988～2000）》的编纂实践，指出其在总纂阶段注意把好文风关、资料真实关、内容交叉处理关、政治和重大史实关以及内容特色关，在内容上彰显时代特色、地域特色和人本特色等方面所做的努力。     

Recognising values of China’s scenic and historic interest areas as world heritage cultural landscapes: Lushan case study

ABSTRACT

China’s Scenic and Historic Interest Areas are a major contributor to the State’s World Heritage lexicon. However, understanding of their values has led to confusion internationally and in China, not least with controversy over China’s latest promotion of the Natural Protected Areas System. This paper discusses values of China’s Scenic and Historic Interest Areas from the cultural landscape perspective through an in-depth case study of Lushan. A theoretical framework for recognising values of China’s Scenic and Historic Interest Areas has been set up and tested at Lushan, including exploring stakeholders’ understanding of its values as a world heritage site by using semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The findings reveal that Lushan clearly represents cultural values inextricably associated with Scenic and Historic Interest Areas, and also need for supplementary advice on its Outstanding Universal Value (OUV). It suggests that the ideology driving management of China’s Scenic and Historic Interest Areas as national parks or natural parks focusing mainly on objective nature-related conservation without regard to the traditional Chinese philosophy of the culture-nature binary will adversely affect China’s Scenic and Historic Interest Areas as cultural landscapes and their community values.
