论民国时期民族经济融合中的政府力量--对广西边疆稳定基本构成要素的新认识

民国时期,桂系集团所实施的治桂方略中,“控制”和“发展”的成分共存。由于其立足点为开发经济、促进民族融合,因此为后来社会矛盾的缓解和边疆地区的稳定奠定了较好的基础。政府力量之所以能够发挥积极的作用,既取决于其职能的转变,也取决于相关社会因素的推动。     

祭器、礼器、“邵局”——关于南宋官窑的几个问题

作者在多年积累的考古实物资料的基础上,结合历史文献,探讨了与南宋官窑密切相关的诸问题：如南宋陶质祭器的使用与特征,王晋锡、邵谔与礼器局、邵局、修内司官窑的关系,南宋官窑生产的仿青铜礼器瓷的性质与用途等。作者认为,王晋锡之陶质祭器的烧造与邵谔之修内司官窑的建立,是先后发生在南宋绍兴年间的两件不同的事件,两者之间并无直接或间接的关系,南宋陶质祭器与官窑仿青铜礼器瓷在形制及用途上有本质的区别。

广西左江岩画及其保护研究

广西左江岩画沿左江流域连绵长达200公里,横贯凭祥、大新、宁明、龙州、崇左和扶绥六县,岩画地点多达70多处,是我国百越民族的一个重要分支--骆越民族的重要文化遗产.广西左江岩画主要由赭红色颜料涂绘而成,是我国南方岩画的重要组成部分.本文通过对广西左江彩绘岩画的内容、原料、绘制工具和岩画的意义等方面的研究,对广西左江彩绘岩画有所认识,然后探讨广西左江彩绘岩画存在的主要病害:一是自然方面的彩绘颜料的脱落、岩层的剥落溶蚀、钟乳石和藓类植物的生长侵蚀等;二是人为方面的环境污染等.针对所存在的病害提出相应的彩绘岩画保护措施,主要有两个方面:一是技术方面的对岩画本体的保护;二是人文方面的建立沿途保护站、科学的旅游开发和制造社会效应发动社会力量参与到保护事业中等.以期达到保护广西彩绘岩画的目的.并通过广西左江彩绘岩画保护的例子,为中国古代彩绘的研究和发展提供一个参考和借鉴.     

Same island, different diet: Cultural evolution of food practice on Öland, Sweden, from the Mesolithic to the Roman Period

The Mesolithic–Neolithic transition in north-west Europe has been described as rapid and uniform, entailing a swift shift from the use of marine and other wild resources to domesticated terrestrial resources. Here, we approach the when, what and how of this transition on a regional level, using empirical data from Öland, an island in the Baltic Sea off the Swedish east coast, and also monitor changes that occurred after the shift. Radiocarbon dating and stable carbon and nitrogen isotope analyses of bones and teeth from 123 human individuals, along with faunal isotope data from 27 species, applying to nine sites on Öland and covering a time span from the Mesolithic to the Roman Period, demonstrate a great diversity in food practices, mainly governed by culture and independent of climatic changes. There was a marked dietary shift during the second half of the third millennium from a mixed marine diet to the use of exclusively terrestrial resources, interpreted as marking the large-scale introduction of farming. Contrary to previous claims, this took place at the end of the Neolithic and not at the onset. Our data also show that culturally induced dietary transitions occurred continuously throughout prehistory. The availability of high-resolution data on various levels, from intra-individual to inter-population, makes stable isotope analysis a powerful tool for studying the evolution of food practices.     

Framing Food Policy: The Case of Raw Milk

Policies governing the sale of raw milk—making the sales of raw milk more permissive—are gaining traction on the legislative agendas of dozens of states. This paper examines one contributor to this movement on the policy agenda: the role of competitive framing. By combining theoretical approaches from policy studies and political psychology theories of competitive framing, we offer evidence supporting the recent relative success of raw milk activists in several state legislatures. Using an Internet survey‐based experiment with a sample size of 1,630 respondents from seven Midwestern states, we show that a frame emphasizing consumer choice and food freedom is more effective than the frame that dominates among the policy establishment, that emphasizing public health risks. This is true in both one‐sided and competitive framing contexts. We further show that those previously aware of this issue were less influenced by the public health frame than those naïve to the issue. Our results suggest that the pro‐raw milk movement may be making strides on the state policy agenda because their frames are more resonant among the public. We also highlight the advantages gained from considering psychological and policy processes simultaneously to understand policy change.     

江苏扬州宋宝祐城西城门外瓮城墙和瓮城壕的发掘

在配合扬州蜀岗古代城址城壕整治的考古发掘工作中,为了明确西城门外(西)侧瓮城墙的时代、瓮城墙与瓮城壕的距离及其与瓮城壕、主城壕的关系等问题,在2013~2015年期间,由中国社会科学院考古研究所、南京博物院、扬州市文物考古研究所联合组成的扬州唐城考古工作队,在扬州宋宝祐城西城门外侧瓮城墙上及瓮城墙北部东端各布设探沟1条,在瓮城墙外侧弧形低洼地带布设4条探沟进行了发掘,6条探沟合计发掘面积约300平方米,清理出了南宋晚期修建开挖的瓮城墙和瓮城壕,三期瓮城墙从早至晚分别厚约15.65、16.25、19.75米,瓮城壕宽约23.5米,瓮城墙外边缘距离瓮城壕内边线约26.8米。瓮城壕与主城壕不连通,瓮城墙和主城墙或互不连接。     

自立軍起義的一份原始材料——丘菽園家藏康有爲等信件評析

1900年由唐才常領導的自立軍起義,是中國近代史上革命與改良分野前的一件大事。由於史料零星、檔卷鮮見,以致有些問題難於判斷。丘菽園是捐款資助自立軍最多的新加坡華僑,他的後人至今保存了自立軍起義前後的一些原始材料,以之與自立軍有關的日本所藏《井上雅二日記》校讀,不但可以糾正晚近史書的記載有誤,而且對自立軍起義前後的孫中山、康有爲關係等提供了新的素材。     

试论随州金鸡岭遗址新石器时代窑址群

金鸡岭遗址窑址群是目前长江中游发现的屈家岭文化时期数量最多、形制最丰富、分布最为集中的窑址群。陶窑从形态特征看有圆形窑、长条形分室窑、长方形馒头窑三种类型,其中长条形分室窑似龙窑结构在长江流域是首次发现,为我国早期龙窑的起源提供了极为重要的研究资料。窑址附近发现的非正常死亡的人骨架可能与窑址奠基或祭祀仪式有关。该窑址群时代为屈家岭文化时期。
