太平洋战争的爆发使美国进一步加强了支援中国抗战的空军——"飞虎队"的力量。桂柳会战前后,"飞虎队"主要担负保卫大陆交通线和攻击南中国海地区日军基地的重任,取得了突出的战绩,也付出了重大的代价。"飞虎队"在中国战场上能有所作为,一方面是因为他们有坚强的斗志和高超的军事技术,另一方面,则是因为中国政府的高度信任和中国人民的支持。肯定美国"飞虎队"的作用,就是肯定中国是第二次世界大战的主战场之一。     

High‐speed railway to success? The effects of high‐speed rail connection on regional economic development in China

We find that high‐speed railway connection in China has led to a reduction in GDP per capita for connected peripheral prefectures. We use the least‐cost path‐spanning tree network to address the nonrandom route placement issue. We find that the reduction of GDP per capita is driven by significant contractions in capital input, industrial output, and skilled labor outflow. We present evidence to support a trade‐based channel in light of falling transportation costs between peripheral and metropolitan regions. Our finding highlights the importance of the cost of human transport.

青海同仁屯堡人端午节俗调查分析

青海省黄南藏族自治州同仁县隆务河流域,平均海拔在2500米以下,日均温≥0℃期间,日照1760．7小时,积温2450℃;,年降水量370-430毫米,年均气温5．2—7．0℃,无霜期150—172天,宜种植中晚熟小麦等作物。县城以北主要有年都乎村,郭麻日村,尕撒日村,吴屯上、下庄,加仓麻村,保安下庄等自然村落,这些村落沿隆务河两岸呈带状分布,相对较为集中,且因历史原因,以屯堡居住。     

一九一四年审判厅大裁并之源流

1914年,袁世凯政府将清末以来陆续设置的地方审判厅裁撤三分之二,初级审判厅全部裁并。①该事件"几欲举司法而根本推翻之",②被当作中国推行新法制过程中的一大逆流,③成为此后整个民国时期司法与行政不分的背景,以及初级审判组织迟迟无法建立的源头。从江庸等亲历者的回顾,到当前韩秀桃、吴永明、李超、李在全等学者的论著,都涉及这一近代法制     

明隆万之际粤东巨盗林凤事迹详考——以刘尧诲《督抚疏议》中林凤史料为中心

林凤为隆庆末万历初活跃于闽广海上的粤东巨盗之一,亦是揭开中国与西班牙交往序幕的重要人物。刘尧诲《督抚疏议》中载林凤事共九件奏疏,为目前所见录林凤事迹最为详瞻之中文文献。利用《督抚疏议》,结合其他中西文献,可以得知:万历元年初窃据澎湖者为林凤而非林道乾;万历二年三至四月,林凤被明军击败后,西遁雷琼及东返闽海;万历二年五至十一月,林凤再次活跃于台澎地区;万历二年十一月至三年六月,林凤拥众逃亡吕宋及西班牙使臣首次使华之史实。特别是考证出明军官王望高调集吕宋番兵歼灭林凤主力一事,订正了西方文献长期流传的讹误。     

Influence of Ground Motion Duration on Damping Reduction Factor

This article investigates the influences of the effective ground motion duration (GMD) on damping reduction factor. The GMD are associated with 25 Chi-chi earthquake ground motion records and harmonic sine wave. The study shows that damping reduction factor decreases with the increasing of the damping ratio, and decreases with the increasing of the effective duration of the ground motion and the number of cycles of harmonic excitation. A nonlinear multiple regression analysis based on the statistical mean values of the present study is employed, and a modified damping reduction factor considering the effects of GMD is suggested.
