《桃花女》杂剧今存脉望馆抄本和《元曲选》本。曹本《录鬼簿》、《录鬼簿续编》、《也是园书目》、《今乐考证》和《曲录》中均作《破阴阳八卦桃花女》,在《太和正音谱》中略作《智赚桃花女》。本剧作为元杂剧并不出名,原因有很多,首先是作者不确定。曹本《录鬼簿》、《元曲选》说是王晔。王晔,字日华,号南斋,     

雅斯贝斯的世界历史纲要与文化研究的历史视野

人类文化在本质上是历史的,只有把文化放在适当的历史视野中才能理解文化的真实内涵。雅斯贝斯的世界历史纲要,就是他为自己打造的一个历史视野。带着对人类文化和历史的困惑,并通过对雅斯贝斯世界历史纲要及其基本概念——“轴心期”的解读,本文尝试着提出一个粗略的人类历史纲要,并在此基础上尝试着提出一个新的历史视野和文化框架。本文认为,在这个新的历史视野和文化框架下,研究、分析和解读全部人类历史也即人类由起源走向未来的自我创造和自我发展的过程,是文化研究的根本任务。     

Whither societas civilis in the Asia–Pacific after 11 September: ideological absolutism and ethics in an age of terror

Dominant discourses and strategies of the post-11 September ‘war on terror’ reflect an ideological absolutism that has left the democratic space of civil society in the Asia–Pacific severely curtailed and compressed. Recovery of this distinct space of freedom, so crucial to ‘civilisational’ amity, begins with the strategic deconstruction of the totalising logics and practices underwriting not only the words and deeds of religious militants but also those of state actors. Accordingly, amity is best sought not through uncritical fidelity to essentialist and exclusivist understandings of subjectivity, but acknowledgement and acceptance of the reality that the self is necessarily indebted to the other, to which the former must exercise an ethical responsibility.     

Knowledge That Matters: Identifying Regional Knowledge Assets of the Tampere Region

The existing literature considers knowledge as one of the key drivers of regional development. The idiosyncratic nature of regional knowledge is also acknowledged: each region possesses its unique knowledge assets which serve as the basis of value creation. However, what is currently not well-known is how the region-specific knowledge assets can be identified, for example, in order to manage and develop them. Thus this paper aims first to explore how the relevant knowledge assets can be identified for a given region, and, second, to describe what the context-specific knowledge assets are. These objectives are pursued using a qualitative case approach. As a case region, this study focuses on the Tampere Region in Finland. The study makes a contribution by providing a new insight regarding the contextual identification of regional knowledge assets and by illustrating the key knowledge assets of the case region. These insights are considered valuable for the regional actors responsible for carrying out similar initiatives in their respective regions.     

从地方志看清末民初东北地方精英的慈善参与

清末民初,东北地方精英经办慈善事业的内容从简单趋向繁复;他们多以个人的名义参与慈善事业,有的演变为整个家族的善举,直至许多善士联合成立各种慈善团体,救济平民百姓。其积极地参与慈善事业主要源于中国传统慈善理念的熏染、保护身家性命与在公共领域内发挥济世救人的社会功能等方面的考虑。透过其积极的善举,可以获知东北慈善事业由传统向近代的转变。     

汉代恤刑制度考

恤刑制度是指我国古代封建国家在诉讼中给予老、幼、残、鳏、寡、孤、独等社会弱势群体特殊保护的法律制度。恤刑的对象主要是70岁以上的老人、未满10岁的未成年人、妇女、残疾人等。恤刑制度体现了统治者的仁政思想,其内容主要包括定罪量刑、诉讼程序、刑罚执行等方面。我国已出土的《王杖十简》和《王杖诏书令》记载了汉律对于老年人、残疾人及其他社会弱势群体的特殊保护的法律规定和部分案例。     

Postfeminist possibilities: unpacking the paradoxical performances of heterosexualized femininity in club spaces

One of the ways in which the heterosexualization of women's bodies is made apparent is through the blatant promotion of Ladies' Night at night clubs. These are typically weekly events, of which women are granted complimentary entry by club operators. Ladies' Night is thus popularly construed as a time and space in which men can gain access to many ‘heterosexy’ female bodies. The deliberate deployment of specific kinds of (post)feminine bodies and subjectivities—slim, savvy, and sassy—in club promotional material is often couched in discourses that highlight female expression, consumption, and autonomy. Such a celebratory rhetoric of women as empowered actors seems to suggest that traditional gendered expectations of women as self-reserved, timid and vulnerable to sexual aggression are archaic and are no longer valid. In light of this, I investigate how women negotiate a postfeminist terrain within the context of Singapore's night clubbing scene. By employing qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews, ethnographic work, and discourse analysis, I argue that clubs are paradoxical spaces for performing gendered and (hetero)sexualized selves that vacillate between affirming and subverting heteropatriarchal regimes. In so doing, this paper hopes to contribute to the scholarship on feminist geography by bringing recent debates on postfeminism into a productive conversation with the literature on (hetero)sexuality and space.     

试论抗战前的民间防空建设

南京国民政府在一二八事变之后,开始加强民间防空以减少国防力量的损失,如健全民防机构、培育民防人才、建立民防组织,且组织防空展览和举行防空演习.这些有限的民防建设在当时中国国力弱小的情况下,能有如此发展的确不易,并在一定程度上为抗战初期减少国力损失做出了积极贡献,保留了民族复兴的力量.

本世纪以来,随着学术界思想理论方面的解放和西方理论的引进,<诗经>作为经学的研究格局,已经被彻底打破了.人们抛弃了所谓的圣人制作、圣人删削的神话,蒙在<诗经>之上的层层尘垢被全面廓清.

本工作对五本国际期刊中10768篇样本数据的产出与分布情况进行了统计分析,并通过VosViewer软件开展了研究机构、作者群、关键词的知识图谱分析,展现了国际科技考古与文物科技保护领域科学知识的主题范围、结构关系。在此基础上,提出了中国文化遗产保护学科知识体系的构建思路。
