华侨华人文献信息资源保障体系与共享网络的建设

随着华侨华人社会发展而产生和积累下来的厚重的华侨华人文献信息资源 ,是世界文献信息资源中一个独具特色的组成部分。在几千年的人类文明进步过程中 ,华侨华人文献信息积蓄到了可观的数量 ,其中蕴藏着极大的潜在开发价值。随着国内外网络环境的形成与发展 ,以解决国内文献信息资源共建与共享为目的的宏观文献资源建设理论研究与实践逐步形成了自己的理论体系 ,为华侨华人文献信息的开发与共享提供了有利条件。有组织、有系统、有规模地建立一个互为补充、互为利用、互为推动的华侨华人文献信息资源保障体系与共享网络 ,是本文的主旨所在     

国家经济建设重心变迁与陕西工业

陕西工业发展、变化与国家经济建设重心变迁紧密相关。 1 95 3— 1 975年国家强力度的投资和大规模的工业建设 ,使陕西工业“跳跃”式地进入现代工业化 ,使以现代工业为主体的陕西经济结构得以完善。 1 979年国家投资重心东移以及经济管理体制的根本性变化 ,并没有减弱陕西经济发展的势头 ,改革开放同样也给予陕西工业结构重新组合的历史契机。 2 0世纪末 ,中国西部大开发战略的提出 ,使陕西工业发展迎来了又一次新的历史机遇。     

高层管理团队组成特征与饭店绩效关系的实证研究——以湖南、广东省中高档星级饭店为例

高层管理者作为企业的重要资源之一,备受研究者们的关注。国内关于饭店企业高层管理者方面的研究非常少见。本文在高层梯队理论的指导下,提出高层管理团队组成特征与饭店绩效关系的一系列理论假设,并以我国广东和湖南的114家星级饭店作为样本进行验证。研究结果表明,我国星级饭店企业高层管理团队的组成特征均值对企业绩效有影响,高层管理团队的平均受教育程度越高、平均团队任期越长,饭店企业的绩效越好;高层管理团队组成特征异质性对饭店绩效没有显著影响。     

A Social History of Trans-Imperial Diplomacy in a Crisis Context: Herbert von Rathkeal's Circles of Belonging in Pera, 1779–1802

ABSTRACT

This article explores the multiple circles of diplomatic agents and their social belonging in the context of the international crisis in late eighteenth-century Istanbul, drawing upon the private papers of the imperial internuncio at Pera between 1779 and 1802. The son of an Irish Jacobite supporter who became a Jesuit and then a radical reformer in Vienna, Peter Herbert von Rathkeal was also a member of the Pera society in which he was born and raised. An agent of one of the most influential trans-imperial households established in Friuli, and a member of the Austrian and British nobilities, Herbert sought to become an eminent actor of the Ottoman diplomatic scene while remaining the patron of a cosmopolitan commercial-cum-political clientele. To study Herbert's actions is to question the model of diplomatie de type ancien in a cross-cultural and fast-changing context of crisis. Despite the collapse of the old diplomatic order with the breakdown of the French Revolution, and despite rising tensions generated by the increasingly sensitive ‘Eastern Question’, this article reveals how Herbert von Rathkeal managed to maintain a certain stability in Istanbul due to the economic and social resources, which his different circles of belonging opened up for him.     

论东汉帝陵南北兆域的形成

东汉帝陵可分南、北两大兆域,呈"南六北五"的分布格局。两大兆域的开辟,主要出于皇帝个人爱好或选择;此后帝陵的选址,基本遵循了"旁近祖考"和"同辈不共兆域"的原则。     

Christian Socialist Kim Chang-joon's Path to Liberation and the Reunification of Korea

This paper examines the life of Christian Socialist Kim Chang-joon and explores the themes of independence, liberation, reunification, and peace between both Koreas. It divides Kim's life into four stages: his participation in the March First Movement, his involvement in Christian socialism, his practice of social thought in Manchuria, and his activities toward reunifying the two Koreas after liberation from Japanese colonial rule. In the first phase, Kim became an active nationalist. His national consciousness developed into Christian socialism through his pastoral work. When he experienced Japanese colonial oppression while working with this ministry, he abandoned religious life and focused on socio-political activism in Manchuria. He founded the Christian Democratic Alliance and participated in the Democratic National Front to reunite the two Koreas after liberation. This article demonstrates how Kim set an example for how churches and Christians can strive for and attain liberation, reunification, and peace in the Korean context.     

长征过来人书坛谱新章--纪念革命家、书法家舒同诞辰100周年

今年11月25日,是舒同同志诞辰100周年,恰值中央红军长征胜利到达陕北70周年、抗日战争胜利60周年,这是千载难逢的盛事。舒同是中国共产党优秀党员,久经考验的共产主义战士,是参加红军长征的高级军事指挥员,杰出的政治工作和军事理论研究工作领导者,更是饮誉海内外的著名书法家。他在与革命生涯同步的革命艺术实践中,经过80余年的搏击创立了自成一体的“舒体”书法;他的书法艺术成就,是我们这个伟大时代的骄傲。1997年10月,在东乡举办首届舒同书法艺术节时,江泽民同志题写了“长征过来人,书坛谱新章”的题词,高度概括舒同“人生书法两辉煌”…     

九十年代我国人口地理学研究的瞻望

本文在分析我国人口形势的基础上,提出了九十年代结合我国人口实际情况开展人口地理研究的主要课题.同时对人口地理研究中理论与方法的提高也进行了讨论.     

明代播州杨氏墓出土冠饰上的蓝宝石矿料来源研究

目前国内出土了大量不同种类的明代彩色宝石文物,但绝大多数彩色宝石并不产自中国。为探讨播州杨氏墓出土的七凤三龙金冠上镶嵌的蓝宝石的矿料来源,本研究采用微量元素与内部包裹体特征相结合的方法对样品进行分析。通过激光剥蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(LA-ICP-MS)分析样品的微量元素特征,发现样品的Fe、Ga含量较低、Mg含量较高以及Ga/Mg比值较低,以此得出样品为变质成因的蓝宝石,排除其产自岩浆成因矿床。观察样品的内部包裹体特征,并与不同变质成因蓝宝石产地样品的内部包裹体特征进行对比分析,得出该样品内部包裹体特征更类似于缅甸、马达加斯加蓝宝石。最后结合不同地区蓝宝石矿床发现、开采历史记载,综合研究分析得出,该件蓝宝石文物的矿料最可能来自于缅甸矿区。此项研究可为探索我国古代以蓝宝石为代表的彩色宝石类文物的产地研究提供一定科学依据。     

德沃夏克《幽默曲》音乐表现形式之比较

德沃夏克是19世纪捷克民族乐派的主要代表人物,他的钢琴小品《幽默曲》因脍炙人口的旋律被广为流传。本文以《幽默曲》为例,探讨在音乐本体（乐谱）不变的情况下,音乐表现形式与表现内容之间的关联。
