内蒙古赤峰市上机房营子遗址发掘简报

上机房营子遗址位于内蒙古赤峰市松山区初头朗乡上机房营子村北约0.5公里处的山坡上,东南距初头朗乡6公里,距赤峰市约50公里(图一)。遗址位于阴河北岸的山坡上,海拔787米。2005年夏,为配合内蒙古赤峰市三座店水利枢纽工程建设,由内蒙古文物考古研究和吉林大学边疆考古研究中心联合对上机房营子遗址进行了抢救性发掘,并对石城址利用 GPS 全球定位系统进行了测绘和局     

Evaluating European Regional Innovation Strategies

In this paper we analyse the degree of achievement of the Regional Innovation Strategy goals. This is an European Union Commission policy oriented toward the promotion of regional Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) policy design through the involvement of regional stakeholders. We analyse two categories of objectives: those dealing with process participation and those dealing with behavioural change. Our results show that the overall achievement of the goals is meaningful: the former have been achieved in a larger extent than the latter ones. However, other aspects such as multidisciplinary, and the establishment of a monitoring and evaluation system have not been so fruitful.     

Differences in Survival Strategies among Footwear Industrial Districts: The Role of International Outsourcing

During the 1990s, a further development of the industrial district model was observed in some developed countries and industrial sectors. Due to the intense process of globalization, footwear district firms have gradually relocated some manufacturing activities through an international extension of their business networks. In this manner, the traditional pattern of integrated shoemaking is being replaced by a global supply chain stretching across different countries and cultures. Even though Spain has always been positioned at the top of the rank of footwear exporters, little attention has been paid to how Spanish footwear districts are handling the global competition and strategies implemented in order to achieve superior efficiency rates. This paper attempts to describe the international outsourcing activities (one of the most expanded strategies) in four footwear industrial districts. To reach our objective, data about imports of components and outward processing trade in provinces of the districts considered are deeply analysed. Special consideration has been paid to differences between provinces and districts. Finally, based on the issues reviewed and results obtained in previous sections, our paper includes conclusions and implications for policy makers and practitioners.     

贞观故事有佚篇——对俄藏Дх11656号文书的研究

<俄藏敦煌文献>第15册题作<五常>的Дх11656号文书是敦煌地区学子习用的教本,此教本取材于唐五代流传民间的历史典籍.文书内容既保存了大臣王珪上太宗皇帝的谏疏,又保存有太宗听谏后发布的指示;尤其是太宗皇帝训示大臣积极进谏的一段话又被史臣吴兢的<贞观政要>所采录,则证明此历史典籍应是<太宗实录>的散帙佚篇.具有弥足珍贵的研究价值.     

论利益分化视角下的政党利益整合功能

伴随着改革开放的深入和社会的发展,我国社会出现了利益分化现象。适度的利益分化,对社会经济和政治发展具有积极的意义,但它也对执政党提出了利益整合的要求。提高现阶段中国共产党的利益整合能力,应着力提高执政党依靠社会组织进行整合及其价值整合和组织整合的能力。     

几件明清时期书画装裱用纸的检测和相关问题分析

纸张的好坏及使用位置和使用方法的恰当与否直接关系到书画装裱和修复的好坏,是影响书画装裱修复的重要因素。为此通过对明清时期几件书画装裱用纸进行了检测分析,发现明清时期书画装裱用纸中以竹纸和有竹子为原料的纸张居多,不同纸张分别应用在不同环节上,同时,宣纸也作为书画装裱用纸使用。这和当时文献中记载的情况大致相似。     

COVID-19疫情对中国节日人口城际出行影响研究

论文基于百度迁徙数据,对比 2020 年与2019年中国清明节、劳动节、国庆节3个重要节日人口城际流动差异,探讨 COVID-19 疫情对中国节日人口城际出行影响。研究指出：①2020年清明节、五一劳动节百度迁徙日均人口城际流动强度分别较2019年同期下降50.1%和45.2%,同时影响程度存在显著的空间差异;②2020年劳动节、国庆节百度迁徙日均人口城际流动强度指数分别较同年前一个节日增加了17.7%和36.7%,人口出行网络的路径权重、紧密性在持续增加。其中劳动节分析表明,疫情影响下人们倾向于短途出行,同时目的地选择更加多元化;③2020年4月份以哈尔滨市为主的局部疫情复发导致黑龙江省人口城际流入、流出水平分别下降 0.360 个单位和0.365个单位,同时对周边地区人口出行存在负向扩散影响。     

康熙《安东卫志》与明清安东卫城

安东卫自明初设置,未有官方志书成书,现存最早的《安东卫志》为康熙十二年(1673)刻本,由安东卫当地士绅秀才赵自修等人在赵应元、苏敷生私家旧本的基础上修订而成,经今人整理,成为研究安东卫城的重要史料。康熙《安东卫志》的材料以明嘉靖、万历之后较为可信,并无明初筑城的准确记载,仅能确定嘉靖年间卫城曾有修缮,但志书自监修以下均采信"青鸾衔旗,汤和筑城"的民间故事,并为后续史志沿用。安东卫背山面海,不适耕种,设卫主要目的在于发挥其海防备倭的军事功能。乾隆七年(1742)安东卫并入日照县,由军事防卫单位转变为基层行政单位。

世界文化遗产菲律宾科迪勒拉水稻梯田位于菲律宾吕宋岛科迪勒拉山脉沿线的伊富高省,由分布在4个市的5个梯田群组成,分别为基安干市（Kiangan）的Nagacadan梯田群、洪都安市（Hungdun）梯田群、梅奥瑶市（Mayoyao）梯田群以及巴纳维市（Banaue）的Bangaan和Batad梯田群组成。

甘肃影戏在其漫长的发展过程中,积淀了深厚的民俗文化内涵,产生了多方面的价值和功能。作为一种民间戏曲,影戏不仅具有较高的审美和娱乐价值,还具有特定的教化和祭祀功能,在其上千年的发展演变中,正因与民俗的紧密联系和相互影响,最终形成了这一弥足珍贵的文化遗产。
