河南焦作市府城遗址发掘简报

研究彝文古籍发扬彝族文化

彝文古籍是集民族学、民俗学、原始宗教学、历史学、文学、地理学、地名学、哲学、伦理学、修辞艺术等于一身的多学科书籍。通过对彝文古籍的价值进行研究,可以进一步发扬彝族文化,同时激发彝族人民的爱国主义精神,振兴中华文化。     

绿色食品生产基地农业生态环境综合评价模式构建——以苏北里下河地区为例

发展绿色食品生产是生态农业建设规划的重要组成部分。本文根据绿色食品产地环境质量标准要求,客观评价里下河地区发展绿色食品生产的环境状况,得出里下河地区具有发展绿色食品生产显著的农业生态环境优势,并且,从苏北里下河地区评判案例出发,总结出绿色食品生产基地农业生态环境综合评价模式,从模式的原理、指标的选取、具体评价方法等进行论述。为各地开展绿色食品综合评价提供模式和方法。同时从农业循环经济的原理论述绿色食品,有机食品是高效生态农业的产物。为地方政府在制定发展绿色食品生产基地建设规划时参考。     

纸质文物清洗用水的选择及清洗条件初探

为考察纸质文物的最佳清洗用水和清洗条件,探讨了不同清洗用水(超纯水、纯净水、蒸馏水、自来水、硬水)在不同清洗次数、不同清洗温度时对纸张p H值、抗张强度、色差、白度以及聚合度的影响。结果表明:硬水和自来水对纸张的清洗效果较差,白度上升小(2.0左右),抗张强度损失大(17%~24%),不适合作为纸质文物清洗用水;超纯水、纯净水和蒸馏水对纸张白度提升明显(分别上升2.99,2.41,2.77),抗张强度损失较小(分别为16%,9%,12%),适合作为纸质文物清洗用水。最佳清洗条件为常温下清洗6次。本实验结果可为纸质文物清洗用水的选择提供参考。

西夏文Инв.No.4926号文献的照片,在《俄藏黑水城文献》第9册和第13册中分别被定名为《亥年新法》与《法条》,通过解读,实为《孙子兵法》残篇及黑水地区军事文献,书写时间当在1215年八月之前。     

IBEM for Impedance Functions of an Embedded Strip Foundation in a Multi-Layered Transversely Isotropic Half-Space

An indirect boundary element method (IBEM) is developed to study the dynamic impedance functions (stiffness coefficients) of a rigid strip foundation embedded in a multi-layered viscoelastic transversely isotropic (TI) half-space. The proposed IBEM using half-space Green’s functions of distributed loads as fundamental solutions have the merits of fictitious loads being directly applied on the real boundaries without the problem of singularity and of the discretization effort restricted to local boundaries. In addition, the accuracy of the proposed method is not affected by the thickness of the discrete TI layers, as the exact dynamic stiffness matrix is employed. The presented algorithm is verified via comparisons with published results for the isotropic medium. By taking a rigid strip foundation embedded in a homogeneous half-space, a single-layered half-space, and a multi-layered half-space as examples, the effects of material anisotropy, frequency of excitation, and soil layer on the impedance functions are studied in detail. Numerical results show that impedance functions for the TI medium can be significantly different from those of the isotropic case. The variation of TI parameters alters the dynamic characteristics of the TI layered site, which in turn alters the dynamic interaction between the soil and foundation. In addition, the soil sedimentary sequence also has a remarkable influence on the impedance functions.     

New Jurassic predatory cockroaches (Blattaria: Raphidiomimidae) from Daohugou,China and Karatau,Kazakhstan

Two new species and a new combination in a new genus of predatory cockroaches, Falcatusiblatta gracilis and F. qiandaohua from the Middle Jurassic Jiulongshan Formation of Daohugou, China and F. karatavica (Vishniakova) comb. nov. from the Upper Jurassic Karabastau Formation of Karatau, Kazakhstan are described within Raphidiomimidae. The new taxa are distinguished by the presence of a very long ovipositor (plesiomorphy) and elongate cerci with heteronomous articles and forewing markings with irregular patch-like shapes of light and dark patterns (autapomorphies).

Latinos and Environmental Justice: Examining the Link between Degenerative Policy,Political Representation,and Environmental Policy Implementation

The theory of social construction and policy design is insightful for exploring the circumstances in which the allocation of policy benefits and burdens is attributed to the feed‐forward effect of degenerative policy that institutionalizes bias and reinforces the prevailing categorization and embedded social meaning regarding target populations. However, this theoretical framework has not been broadly adopted to analyze the environment‐related phenomena. With a nationwide, block‐group‐level sample, this study examines the extent to which degenerative policies pertaining to immigrants influence state agencies' environmental regulatory outputs for predominantly Latino communities. Results show that in the states with moderately to most restrictive immigrant policy and high levels of Latino representation in legislatures, the rigorousness of government agencies' compliance monitoring activities decreases for Latino neighborhoods of environmental justice concern, as states' policy stance toward immigrants becomes more unfavorable. More Latino elected officials do not bolster policy implementation efforts for the vulnerable communities or offset the backlash effect of immigrant policy.     

明初青花料“苏麻离青”与“苏浡泥青”及相关称谓的考察

中国陶瓷发展史上最突出的一项成就,即是青花的出现。本文探讨元明所用的青花料,先找出历代有关青花料的文献记载,以代表明初青料此二词"苏麻离青"、"苏勃泥青"来探索,然后对比与科技考古研究结果。通过考察得知,明初"苏麻离青"和"苏勃泥青",这两个称谓不是同一词的异译,而是同时代不同的南洋古国作为两个词及代表青花料,也反映了郑和开辟远航时代的历史,标志着"先后七奉使,所历占城、爪哇、真腊、旧港……凡三十余国"历史情况。
