四川广元、绵阳出土汉代画像砖掌印纹的痕检学分析

1999—2003年,巴蜀汉陶艺术博物馆陆续征集和收藏了一批汉代画像砖,其大小尺寸和画像题材与四川地区过去所出者大同小异。值得注意的是,在这批画像砖中,有一部分捺印有人手掌印痕纹。类似的材料,过去有发现,但大量成批集中出土,还是第一次。     

19世纪中国外销油画的白色颜料研究——以《上海外滩》油画为例

外销油画(export oil painting)作为中国早期油画遗存,不仅呈现了中国南方沿岸城市的地理风貌和风土民俗,而且蕴藏着中国早期本土油画的制作技艺。本研究采用X射线荧光光谱、扫描电子显微镜-能谱,并结合傅里叶变换显微红外光谱和拉曼光谱调查了一幅19世纪中国外销油画《上海外滩》中所用白色颜料的种类及其使用方法。研究结果表明:该幅清代油画画作底子所使用的白色颜料主要为白垩(CaCO₃)和石英(SiO₂);在颜料层中发现含锌颜料与油性媒介发生化学反应的产物羧酸锌(金属皂)。本研究为中国早期外销油画的材料与技法研究及修复保护提供了参考依据。     

中国豪华饭店员工满意度研究——基于首批白金五星级饭店创建试点单位的调查报告

本文以首批创建白金五星级试点饭店为例,抽取相关饭店员工问卷样本进行满意度分析,采用SPSS13.0统计软件对员工是否满意、满意与不满意的因素并结合个人信息进行T检验和方差分析,以期对我国豪华饭店员工满意度现状进行评析并提出相关改进建议.     

Seismic Retrofitting of Non-Seismically Designed RC Beam-Column Joints using Buckling-Restrained Haunches: Design and Analysis

Many existing reinforced concrete (RC) structures around the world have been designed to sustain gravity and wind loads only. Past earthquake reconnaissance showed that strong earthquakes can lead to substantial damage to non-seismically designed RC buildings, particularly to their beam-column joints. This paper presents a novel retrofit method using buckling-restrained haunches (BRHs) to improve the seismic performance of such joints. A numerical model for RC joints is introduced and validated. Subsequently, a new seismic retrofit strategy using BRHs is proposed, aimed at relocating plastic hinges and increasing energy dissipation. The results indicate the retrofit method can effectively meet the performance objectives.     

Ulama in Islamic Law‐Making and Adjudication in Contemporary Egypt

The article examines the legislative and judicial tasks of Islamic jurists and how they carried it out in constitutional or general legal structure. While the Pakistani experiment was inspired by the Iranian model of jurists' involvement in legislatures, Egypt took a different path by not recognizing any official role for Islamic jurists with ambiguous recognition of Islamic jurisprudence. The legislative role could take the form of incorporating Islamic jurists into the legislature, establishing a committee partially made up of Islamic jurists, or handing over some legislative task to an Islamic jurisprudential institution. Despite the fact that Islamization was intended to respond to the people's requests, it employed autocratic and authoritarian mechanisms. The project attempted to replace the typical class of socially recognized jurists with appointed committees entrusted with Islamic codification. The experiment was challenged for its operation and its Islamicity but never introduced Shari'a courts or Islamic clerical legislation.
