"吏户"论所指的"吏"是行政系统的"吏",但是在具体论证时,却常常以军事系统的"军吏"——如"将吏"、"吏士"、"吏兵"、"武射吏"、"武吏"、"文武吏"等有关资料作为证据,这不仅将行政系统之"吏"与军事系统之"吏"乃至士兵混为一谈,而且根据这种资料所作出的论断就很难说是符合历史实际的。 相似文献

长沙走马楼吴简中的“吏”与“民”一起编制于基层乡里,同为国家编户齐民,其经济政治等方面的权利义务相同,而“吏”稍优于普通编户,并不存在独立的“吏户”。吴、蜀亡国时所献簿籍中的“吏”数为全国总户口数之内的吏员人数,并非另外之“吏户”。孙休永安诏与吴简中的吏一脉相承,每户服役人数经历了孙权时期1·29人—孙亮时期3人—孙休时期2人的演变,并非“空户从役”。迄今已公布的吴简和文献资料都不能证明“吏户”的存在。 相似文献
