一、前言 敦煌学是百年来国际学术界的一门显学,从1900年发现至今已经超过百年的历史,在相关研究石窟艺术、典籍文献与史地文化的三大领域中,涵盖的学术层面非常广泛,其中又以佛教相关主题的研究为核心之一.     

"城市历史景观再现"展览模式探索——以民国馆和"因运而生"展为例

南京博物院在民国馆策展中首次创新实践了"城市历史景观再现"展览模式,并在中国大运河博物馆"因运而生——大运河街肆印象"展中将这一模式延续与深化."城市历史景观再现"展览模式是在复原的城市(镇)历史场景中由工作人员与观众共同展开真实的活动,并融入商业行为、互动体验、非遗展示,将知识和信息以通俗、有趣的方式转译出来.这种平易近人的体验互动模式可以给观众身临其境之感,达到寓教于乐的效果.这种活态的展示模式对后期的管理和运营有较高要求.     

The <Emphasis Type="Italic">Trouvadore</Emphasis> Project: The Search for a Slave Ship and its Cultural Importance

Trouvadore was one of numerous illegal slave ships taking Africans from Africa after Britain had outlawed the slave trade in 1807. The vessel wrecked off the coast of East Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands in 1841 and 168 of the survivors entered the local community, increasing the population by 7%. The Trouvadore Project, led by the Turks and Caicos National Museum, is uncovering the story of Trouvadore and the cultural legacy of the survivors. Bringing together many disciplines, including archaeology, this project provides information about Trouvadore for the present population of the Turks and Caicos, many of whom are direct descendants of the African survivors.     

Displaying marginalised and ‘hidden’ histories at the Imperial War Museum London: The Second World War gallery regeneration project

Using Imperial War Museums’ redeveloped Second World War Galleries as a case study, this provocation discusses the ways in which refocussing outmoded British narratives to a transnational viewpoint and using the interpretive framework of ‘total war’ can help us to deliver new, authoritative and multifaceted narratives where ‘hidden’ histories can be displayed, and scrutinised, in plain sight.
