滇文化与北方地区文化及族群关系研究

滇文化是战国至西汉时期位于云贵高原滇池区域的一支风格独特的考古学文化,以数量众多、特征鲜明的青铜器、金器、玉石器等闻名于世,是中国青铜文化的一朵奇葩。从文化特征来看,既有源自云贵高原新石器时代文化的特征,也有大量来自周边地区如中原、巴蜀、岭南等文化的影响,还有来自更为遥远的欧亚草原、南亚甚至西亚地区的因素,因此滇文化是杂糅了大量其他地区文化因素的一支复合型文化。其中,北方地区的文化因素占据了较为重要的地位,使其显得与周边一些典型农业民族的青铜文化差异较大,呈现出独特的地方特色。     

从秦文化的转型看考古学文化的突变现象

本文通过对秦文化的考察认为,秦文化面貌在战国中期发生巨变,此前、此后器物风格迥异;秦文化的转型,证明在一定条件下,一个古代人群共同体也可以先后创造或使用两支考古学文化。这一实例,必将引发关于考古学文化与古代人群共同体关系的再思考。     

Clientelism,Political Culture and Ethnic Politics in Australia

The discussion of political culture in Australia that exists focuses on the supposedly traditional traits of egalitarianism, utilitarianism, conformism, materialism and so on. While not wishing to deny the British influence on political institutions in Australia, to think that the massive nature of non-British postwar migration has not influenced political culture in Australia is not only naive but incorrect. In not paying attention to the impact of immigrants from NESB, political cultures and practices such as clientelism have not been the subject of Australian political discussion. Where ethnic participation in the political system has been examined, some have argued that it is based on corruption and has led political actors to deviate from national political and cultural norms. This paper argues that clientelism can provide a more useful and positive framework for understanding ethnic politics in Australia. After examining various views on political culture and ethnicity in Australia, this paper summarises some of the key points of recent approaches to clientelism. It suggests that clientelism has a positive face, especially as a form of representation for minority groups such as immigrants from NESB. The second section then describes the key features of clientelism in the Australian 'ethnic electorate'. It has evolved in ethnic electorates because of the process of ethnic community formation, the nature of case-work in ethnic electorates and the ability and willingness of political actors and parties to adapt their style to suit the environment.     

中国的地域文化

地域文化其实就是最能够体现一个空间范围内有特点的文化类型,它表现在方言、饮食、民居、婚丧节庆、民间信仰等方面,它产生的原因是地理环境、移民、政治权力和行政区划、民族、宗教以及外来文化。地域文化构成了丰富多彩的中国文化,体现了中国文化的生命力。地域文化的研究与发展有利于保存和延续中国传统文化。随着生产力的发展,交通运输的改善,人口流动的加快,信息手段的进步,一部分地域文化将不可避免的会消失,而地域文化越来越趋同也是不可避免要发生的。以往对地域文化大多属于消极保护,如今只有积极的去做好保护工作,才能避免完全灭绝。把我们凡是能够保存的古代遗存尽可能的保存下来,不是为了我们今后能够再回到古代,而是让我们能够欣赏、怀念、追忆我们的古代文明。     

Identity and Material Culture in the Later Prehistory of Central Europe

Examination of the archaeological evidence for the expression of identity in later European prehistory provides a new and promising approach to understanding change in this period. New views of the role of material culture in the communication of meanings, of the nature of identity, and of agency in the past provide a useful framework for approaching the evidence. Analysis of patterns of sameness and difference in style and decoration of manufactured objects indicates how people used their material culture to structure and to communicate their identities—on the level of the individual, of groups such as families and residential communities, and of larger entities commonly referred to as ethnic groups. This approach offers insights that complement social and economic models of change in later prehistory.     

关于传承和弘扬河湟文化的思考

文化是一个民族的精神支柱。坚定不移地发展社会主义先进文化,在弘扬中华优秀传统文化的同时,创造出包括地域文化在内的中华文化新的辉煌,是新时期我国文化建设的重要任务。河湟文化作为青海东部黄河河谷地区和湟水流域具有明显地域特色的地域文化,在青海历史传承和未来发展中非常重要。研究河湟文化资源及其特点,做好河湟文化传承弘扬创新工作,是发展具有青海地域特色的社会主义先进文化的重要内容。     

魏晋南北朝隋唐时期新疆佛教文化与民族演变关系研究

受民族大迁徙运动的影响,魏晋南北朝隋唐时期是新疆历史上众多民族角逐争衡、多种宗教文化争奇斗艳的时期。这个时期的宗教文化以佛教文化为主。本文在分析当时新疆佛教文化特征和民族演变特征的基础上,着重就佛教文化对民族演变的影响以及民族演变对佛教文化的影响作了探讨。     

美籍华裔杰出科技人才成才机制研究*A

论文从创造教育学视角就美籍华裔杰出科技人才成才机制进行了分析探讨,认为世界上有2000多个民族、五大文化圈和众多的亚文化圈,不同民族和文化圈的科技发展水平差异甚大,杰出科技人才在不同民族和文化圈中所占比例亦有重大差距。即使在同一文化圈中,不同民族的科技发展水平和杰出科技人才所占比例差距也不小,而同一民族在不同文化圈中也有不同表现。美籍华裔科技人才是直接或间接受东亚文化圈影响的杰出华人科技人才,他们的成才机制必然有科技人才成才的共性逻辑,但也与其种族和文化有些许相关。美籍华裔科技人才成才机制受社会文化和个体素质内外因素的相互影响,一流科学家群落是美籍华裔科技人才成才的适宜组织环境;文化基因匹配是科技人才成才的精神土壤;优秀天赋是科技人才成才的物质基础;创新素质是科技人才成才的内在动力。     

二十世纪马来西亚华人传统音乐文化的主题变迁

在实地田野考察和搜集大量史料的基础上,对20世纪马来西亚华人传统音乐文化的变迁进行了梳理和探讨,论述了其从传统地方性到新式统一性再到本土化发展的内在联系。华人传统音乐文化的变迁,使得马来西亚华人传统音乐文化从华人移民音乐成长为华族音乐文化,成为当地多元文化的重要组成部分。在这个变迁中,社团起到了很重要的支持作用。     

以艺术为媒介：贵州山地交往文化视域中的侗戏

侗戏是本民族说唱传统与汉戏融合的艺术结晶;其发展历程也体现出汉侗文化的互动与交融;侗戏表演对于侗族社会具有重要的功能,主要表现在：促进族际交往、深化代际交往和强化寨际交往等方面。在全球化语境中,侗戏应该积极展开与外界的沟通与对话,凸显民族艺术的重要价值。     

宗教信仰对东南亚华人文化适应的影响

宗教信仰是文化适应的一个重要内容 ,同时又对文化适应的其他方面产生重大而深远的影响。研究东南亚华人的文化适应 ,不能不研究他们的宗教信仰。本文分析三种类型的宗教信仰者的文化适应情况 ,他们分别是 :华人穆斯林、华人基督徒、华人传统宗教信仰者。笔者发现 ,三种类型的宗教信仰者 ,其文化适应的方向是大相径庭的 :华人穆斯林文化适应的方向是本土化 ,华人基督徒文化适应的方向是西方化 ,华人传统宗教信仰者文化适应的方向是中华化。东南亚华人如果要保持中华文化 ,保持本民族的文化认同 ,提倡信仰华人传统宗教 ,可能是一个很好的选择。     

一个民族,两种想象:马来人与华人关于马来西亚民族建构问题争论之述评

结合部分学者的研究成果,对马来人和华人在马来西亚民族建构问题中存在着的民族概念的界定、民族建构的途径等诸多分歧和争论进行了梳理和评析。马华双方都认为马来西亚是马来西亚人的马来西亚,而马来人从历史的角度出发,认为马来西亚民族应以马来人为核心,以马来文化为特征,分散的马来西亚社会应当用马来人的历史、文化和语言来整合;华人则从公民权的角度出发,认为马来西亚文化是在吸收各个族群的文化之后才形成的,不论哪个族群的公民都应当享有平等的权利与义务,在此基础上,各个族群才能融合。马来西亚民族建构争论和研究中出现的一些问题,有待深入探讨。     

从曾侯乙尊盘看民族文化心理对民族艺术的影响和制约

1978年,在距今2400多年前的曾侯乙墓（现位于湖北随州市,墓主是战国时期曾国的君主乙,故此墓称作曾侯乙墓。）中,出土了大量富有楚文化意蕴的装饰艺术品、生活用品、礼器。尤其是一批珍贵的青铜器引人注目,其中曾侯乙尊盘造型美观,极尽奢华,是罕见的极品。     

跨境流动背景下族裔社区研究进展及启示

随着全球化的不断推进，跨境流动成为一种常见的地理空间现象，塑造着城市空间和景观，同时作用于族裔社区及族裔经济等，由此带来的多元文化协商进而成为城市发展和城市治理的重要话题。本文通过梳理国内外关于跨境流动和跨国族裔社区的相关研究，发现：①国内外关于移民族裔的人文地理学研究仍较倾向于关注跨国空间的特征、演变以及脉络；②西方人文地理学界的移民或是跨国族裔研究已展现出较为鲜明的“文化转向”印迹，而国内的相关研究仍处于起步阶段；③中国城市族裔空间的研究仍以具体的描述性和解释性研究居多，多尺度、多地方的对比研究较为缺乏。研究立足于国内外移民研究进展，以期更多的跨境流动研究为城市综合治理提出“中国经验”。

Conjuring Boundaries: Inferring Past Identities from Religious Artifacts

A detailed examination of commonalities between folk religion beliefs and practices of African American and European American ethnic groups raises intriguing issues. Interpretations concerning the ethnic group association of conjuration artifacts uncovered at eighteenth- and nineteenth-century sites in the mid-Atlantic region must be based on a clearer articulation of the interplay of three issues: the general dynamics of ethnic group boundedness; how material culture communicates such ethnic identities; and how conjuration practices support or subvert ethnic group boundaries. A variety of protective and malevolent conjuration practices likely functioned in different ways in intergroup and intragroup settings.

The Internal Regularity Of Ethnogenesis (Landscape and Ethnos,XIV)

The author, a Leningrad University ethnologist, completes a series of 14 articles on the relationship between landscape and ethnic communities, and on the forces that account for the rise and decline of ethnic groups through history. After having discussed in the first few articles the relationship between shifts in storm tracks and the fortunes of the steppe peoples of Central Asia, Gumilev developed a theory that attributes the rise, development and decline of an ethnos to the initial burst and gradual waning of an innate ethnic energy or drive. Ethnoses may be grouped into superethnic systems that are identifiable with major culture areas through time and through space (Hellenistic culture, Moslem world, European civilization, Eurasian nomad culture). The author attempts to relate the different phases in the evolution of an ethnos to changing relationships between the group and the individual, as expressed in a series of imperatives, but further analysis of what generates innate ethnic drive is left to other disciplines.
