冰酒在加拿大被视为“国酒”,几乎每一个去加拿大旅行的人都会背几瓶冰酒回来。著名葡萄酒作家罗宾逊夫人曾经这样形容：“真正的冰酒,就像嘴里合了一口最纯净的葡萄汁的同时,脸上又挨了一巴掌!”     

说酒·绿酒

在我国古代诗中,提到酒,特别是质量上乘的好酒,或称赞美酒时,常称作“绿酒”,“绿蚁”等等,并由此衍生出“灯红酒绿”这样的成语,本从古代酿酒工艺等方面探讨了酒在一般情况下都不是绿颜色,称它为绿色,只是强调酒液清澈。     

谁识高阳旧酒街——著名作家高阳的诗酒人生

高阳．无论作品数量还是作品知名度,都是与金庸齐名的华语作家。江湖传言“有井水处有金庸,有村镇处有高阳”。然而,金庸先生名满天下,谤亦随之。高阳先生逝世二十载,墓木已拱。作品虽仍风行,其人却坛坟冷落,梅鹤凄凉,何也？     

蜀酒与全兴酒文化

为了展示蜀酒悠久的历史,宣传企业化,四川全兴企业集团和四川省博物馆合作举办了《四川全兴酒化展览》。该展览共展出500多件酒物,从物的角度,充分展示了四川酒化的渊源和全兴酒的悠久历史,记录了全兴酒的辉煌历程。另一方面该展览也是企业与化合作的典范。本拟从展览的角度,将全兴酒的历史作简要介绍。     

文人与酒

酒与中国文人自古以来就有密切的联系,本文将对这一联系从三个方面进行论述,分别是:就对文人人生观的影响,酒对文人文学风格的影响和酒对文人命运的影响。

DATING THE BRONZE AGE IN SPAIN

Summary. How can archaeologists combine and use C14 determinations when they have irregular recalibrated dates? This question is solved by an example with six determinations from the Bronze Age settlement of El Castillo in the mountains of eastern Spain. For the first time we can date precisely the end of the Eneolithic to 2150–2110 BC, and the start of a Bronze Age expansion stage by 1960 BC. Each has a distinctive material culture; that of the Bronze Age stage is linked closely to the climax of the Motillas in La Mancha, and more distantly to El Argar in SE Spain.     

THE PALEOLITHIC CAVE ART OF VASCO-CANTABRIAN SPAIN

Summary. This article explores the relationship between cave art and Upper Paleolithic archeology in northern Spain (and extreme southwestern France). Among the 83 known art sanctuaries, only three can probably be terminus ante quem dated to the early Upper Paleolithic (c. 35,000-20,000 BP). Other types of evidence (virtual absence of ornaments and mobile art objects before the Solutrean, stylistic similarities between works of late Upper Paleolithic mobile art and parietal art, overwhelming association of Solutrean and/or Magdalenian cultural deposits with art sanctuaries) clearly suggest that most of the cave art was done in the period between c. 20,000-10,000 BP. Cave art sanctuaries are distributed in non-random fashion. The clusters of sanctuaries usually correspond with dense clusters of habitation sites. The clusters are separated by substantial geographical gaps. These chronological and geographical facts coincide with contemporaneous subsistence intensification, all of which tends to support the hypothesis of increased territorialism in the late Last Glacial.

<正>西班牙,一个遥远的国度。对它的向往,不是因为足球,不是因为美丽的西班牙女郎,激起我想走进它的是曾经看到过的一组大教堂的图片。去过法国巴黎圣母院,走进过世界最大的梵蒂冈大教堂,但西班牙的圣家族大教堂太与众不同了,以至深深烙在心间。我非常好奇这是怎样的一个国度,培育了高迪这样一个伟大的建筑师,设计出如此恢宏、美得令人心颤的建筑。怀着对高迪的敬佩,更有对他的作品的仰慕,这个夏天我来到了西班牙。     

IMMIGRATION AND HOUSING BOOMS: EVIDENCE FROM SPAIN*

ABSTRACT We provide causal estimates of the effect of immigration on house prices and construction activity in Spain over the period 2000–2010. During this period Spain experienced spectacular swings in both immigration and the housing market. Our instrumental‐variables estimates suggest that between 2000 and 2010, immigration led to an average 1.5 percent annual increase in the working‐age population. This was responsible for an annual increase in housing prices of about 2 percent, and for a 1.2–1.5 percent increase in housing units. Overall, immigration was responsible for one quarter of the increase in prices and about half of the construction activity over the decade.     

REGIONAL HETEROGENEITY IN WAGE DISTRIBUTIONS: EVIDENCE FROM SPAIN*

ABSTRACT Regional differences in real wages have been shown to be both large and persistent in the United States and the U.K., as well as in the economies of other countries. Empirical evidence suggests that wage differentials adjusted for the cost of living cannot only be explained by the unequal spatial distribution of characteristics determining earnings. Rather, average wage gap decomposition reveals the important contribution made by regional heterogeneity in the price assigned to these characteristics. This paper proposes a method for assessing regional disparities in the entire wage distribution and for decomposing the effect of differences across regions in the endowments and prices of the characteristics. The hypothesis forwarded is that the results from previous studies obtained by comparing average regional wages may be partial and nonrobust. Empirical evidence from a matched employer–employee dataset for Spain confirms marked differences in wage distributions between regions, which do not result from worker and firm characteristics but from the increasing role of regional differences in the return to human capital.     

MICROCHEMICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF BUILDING STONE FROM SEVILLE CATHEDRAL,SPAIN

Enrichment diagrams for trace elements have been proposed as a useful and straightforward procedure to identify ores and stones. The identification of the diverse stone of the exterior of the Cathedral of Seville has been achieved by this means. Fourteen trace elements have been analysed, from both quarry and building material samples, using atomic absorption and flame emission spectrometry in order to apply enrichment diagrams for identification purposes.
