丹增平措 藏医药的神秘性不能丢掉

走进200平方米的藏药材加持法会大厅,首先看到的是大厅中央装扮得漂漂亮亮的两座坛城,一座是药师佛坛城,一座是藏药材修供坛城。这是西藏自治区藏药厂每年举办一次的甘露藏药加持仪轨的场地。所有采摘的药材都要通过这个加持仪式才能加工,这是“甘露”藏药最为独到的工艺程序,藏语称之为“门珠仪式”。仪式的主持者、藏药炮制国家级代表性传承人丹增平措先生说：经过“门珠”加持仪式后,这些藏药的药力和药效就会“成倍的发展”。

答:藏医药是在广泛吸收、融合了中医药学、印度医药学和大食(古伊朗部族)医药学等理论的基础上,通过长期实践所形成的独特的医药体系,迄今已有上千年的历史,是我国较为完整、较有影响的民族医药之一。

藏药“九味防瘟散”新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情产生以来,人们一直在关注和寻找预防药物。藏药熏香历史悠久,是藏族人民在预防传染病中普遍使用的一种方法,也是呼吸道疾病的辅助外疗法之一。藏医理论认为,要预防瘟疫病,首先要切断疫气传播途径、防护人体门户(鼻、口、皮肤等)。温热传染病大多侵袭呼吸系统,鼻为肺之门户,所以应首先设防,而佩戴藏药香囊则是有效的预防措施之一。

药浴法植根于藏族人民的沐浴传统和苯教净身仪轨,深受藏传佛教信仰观念的影响,既体现了各地长期使用温泉浴身、防病、疗疾的民间经验,也是以《四部医典》为代表的传统藏医理论在当代健康实践中的继承和发展。藏医学(索瓦日巴)与药浴法藏医学索瓦日巴(意为“调养的知识体系”)起源和根植于西藏优秀传统文化之中的特色医药,是藏族传统文化“大五明”中的医方明,是重要的国家非物质文化遗产,是中华民族传统医药学和优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,以3800多年的悠久历史屹立于民族医学史的丛林中。
