告地策研究评述

告地策是西汉时期出现的一种丧葬文书,对这类出土文书,学术界曾先后称为“告地下文书”、“告墓牍”、“衣物券”、“文告牍”、“告地书”等。自黄盛璋提出“告地策”这一名称（《江陵凤凰山汉墓出土称钱衡、告地策与历史地理问题》,《考古》1977年第1期）,后来学者大多沿用。     

马王堆三号汉墓纪年木牍性质的再认识

湖南长沙马王堆三号汉墓出土一件纪年木牍,上有:“十二年二月乙巳朔戊辰,家丞奋移主藏郎中,移藏物一编,书到先质,具奏主藏君。”虽然文字不长,但它为认定马王堆三号汉墓的确切年代提供了有力的证据,经学者研究,已一致认为所谓“十二年二月乙巳朔戊辰”应是颛顼历中的汉文帝十二年(前168年)二月二十四日。但对这块木牍中所记录的内容性质的认识,则不尽相同。具有代表性的说法是将其称为“告地策”。认为是当世官吏致阴曹地府的过所放行条,并认为木牍中的“主藏郎中”与“主藏君”是杜撰的地下官吏,分别相当于地下丞与地下

一、一件奇特的所谓“文告牍”之谜 《文物》1981年11期《江苏邗江胡场五号汉墓》报导:1980年在扬州市西郊七公里邗江县胡场大队清理五号汉墓,1979年已清理四座汉墓,据出土器物与宣帝五铢钱等被定为西汉中期偏晚,约宣帝前后,五号墓亦属同一个时期,而出土文物达二百多件,最为丰富,其中较为珍贵的是木牍十三件,有文字可     

马王堆三号汉墓遣策之"明童"问题研究

湖南长沙马王堆三号汉墓出土遣策共410支,其中两块小结木牍分别记载有“右方男子明童”、“右方女子明童”,还有一块木牍记载着“右方车乘”,随葬物中找不到可以与之对应的具体实物,发掘简报称“这些侍从和车骑,大都见于棺室东西两壁的帛画,没有具体的实物”。

马王堆三号汉墓共出有7块木牍,它们较之同墓出土的竹、木简,不仅尺寸较宽,文字较多,而且内容亦很丰富。是研究马王堆汉墓和汉代葬丧制度不可多得的珍贵资料(图一、二)。这7块木牍中,有5块曾先后在《文物》和有关书刊上介绍或言及过,但迄今尚没有专文对之研讨。为有裨于对这7块木牍及马王堆三号汉墓出土简牍的全面整理和研究,笔者不揣浅陋,择释木牍中的部分语词,以就正于同道。一“移”“家丞奋移主(臧贝)郎中,移(臧贝)物一编。”(图一:1) ——“十二年”木牍此句曾有不同的断句法。一种断为:“家丞奋移主(臧贝),郎中移(臧贝)物一编。”     

读西汉丧葬文书札记

尹湾汉墓简牍概述

1993年3月连云港市东海县尹湾村发掘6座汉墓,其中6号墓与2号墓发现汉简,6号墓出土木牍23枚,竹简133枚(缀合后104枚);2号墓出土木牍遣策1枚。这批简牍内容十分丰富,反映了西汉末年政治、经济、军事及社会生活的各方面,有珍贵的史料价值,特别是对地方行政制度史的研究,多数属首次发现,已引起国内外史学界的普遍关注。     

《博局占》与规矩纹

Knee, Garter, Girdle, Hat, Stock, and Spur Buckles from Seven Sites in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Material culture studies have begun to take new directions within the field of historical archaeology. Shoe buckles are the most familiar and readily identifiable type of buckle to archaeologists, but there are many other buckles worn as part of a person’s dress that may be identified on archaeological sites. Knee, garter, girdle, hat, stock, and spur buckles are regularly recovered. These buckles can be used as an aid to dating archaeological strata and features, and can be employed to understand the kinds of clothing worn by site inhabitants. This paper presents and interprets an assemblage of buckles of assorted types recovered from seven 18th-century domestic sites in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.     

The Deserted Village, Slievemore, Achill Island, County Mayo, Ireland

The Deserted Village in Slievemore, currently the subject of research by archaeologists and students at the annual Achill Archaeological Summer Field School, consists of 74 buildings of an original 137. A survey of the architecture of the houses, excavation of a selected house, No. 36, and a field survey of the palimpsest of field systems surrounding the village suggest an origin for the village in the Early Medieval Period (A.D. 500–1200). Successive settlements modified, rebuilt, and destroyed much of the fabric of the original settlement, but sufficient diagnostic elements remain to plot tentatively the evolution of settlement up to and including final abandonment in the Post-Famine Period, ca. 1850–1890.
