民间文化、旅藏汉裔与民族团结——以拉萨郊外土地庙的两块民国匾文为中心

西藏自治区文物管理委员会现存多块清代、民国木匾,曾在内部刊物披露其简况,只是未引起学术界应有的注意。事实上,这些近代木匾,不仅是先民开拓边疆地区、促进民族文化交流的产物,而且是民族团结的见证,蕴涵着丰富的历史信息。本文以现存的“中夏民国二十年”等两块民国木匾为中心,试作一述论。     

制宪国民大会代表选举与产生述论

1946年南京政府召开的国民大会,其代表的选举与产生历经10年,中经几次变化。其代表经由区域、职业、特种几种选举办法产生和遴选办法产生。因历时过长,中国政治形势几经变化,且中国幅员广阔,民族众多,情况复杂,因此其代表的产生过程也充满了变数。其方法与过程的变化体现了国民党与南京国民政府既想控制政权,又想披上民主宪政外衣的两难取向。
