<正>白玉蘑菇头发簪,和田白玉质,明代。长8.3厘米。刚开始走上收藏之路的朋友可能都深有体会,经常是这个好收藏这个、那个好又收藏那个,最后一样都不精。因此,收藏应选择一个方向、一个品种去收藏,不能面面俱到。收藏玉器也同理,因为玉器也有很多小类,专攻一类也不错,如有一位玉友说他最喜欢收藏玉器上面带字的。我呢,出于兴趣收藏了不少玉簪。一次,我请教玉器专家古方先生,问收藏玉簪有无价值,他非常肯定地告诉我,收藏玉簪当然很有价值,如果种类收全了,还有研究价值。听到这番话后不久,我就看到了这支蘑菇头发簪。     

历史与实践:纽约大都会博物馆的中国艺术收藏

纽约大都会博物馆的中国艺术收藏已有130年的历程。其间收藏的器类始于制作精美、雅俗共赏的明清瓷器,继而扩展到玉器、金银器、珐琅器、牙雕等整个明清时代的装饰艺术,再进一步扩展到中国古代的青铜礼器、玉器、陶塑和佛教造像,并且随着西方对于中国艺术的研究的深入,观众和收藏家逐渐领略到中国书画艺术深邃的文化内涵,最终全面地了解绵延不断的中华五千年文明;其收藏历程则见证了美国,或是说西方对中国文化艺术的认知过程,收藏过程中所形成的收藏家、赞助人和博物馆业务主任成功的合作模式和经验或许可以给中国的博物馆提供有益的借鉴。     

中国古代治玉工艺及对古玉鉴定的意义

中国古代玉器的研究和欣赏,主要在于料、工、形、纹四个方面。料只要多看就行,况且许多玉料可以借助科学仪器进行辨别。造型、纹饰的鉴定通过对考古出土玉器及博物馆收藏的传世玉器多加观摩也可逐渐掌握,实在没有机会,通过书籍也可解决。     

精工巧雕 美玉新琢——清宫仿古玉器及其体现的玉文化

中国的仿古玉器,始创于宋代。到了清代,仿古类玉器较前代更加成熟,乾隆朝仿古玉更是精品迭出。沈阳故宫博物院收藏有丰富的清宫玉器,其中仿古玉器百余件,主要为清仿商周至汉代古玉,也收藏有少量仿新石器时代和其他朝代玉器,还有一些仿青铜器类玉器。从纹饰上来看,仿古玉器纹饰繁复精美,有仿生类具象纹饰,也有抽象纹饰。这些器物无论是从造型还是纹饰上看,与前朝古器既有相同,又有所变化,说明了清人追寻古风古韵,同时又大胆创新。

正中国收藏家协会玉器收藏委员会换届揭牌仪式在北京天雅古玩城举行。新一届玉器收藏委员会由李江涛担任常务副主任。玉委会成员由冯华、向宏艾、刘志伟、何少峰、林峰、林磊、黄刚、洪梅、陈旭组成。新一届玉委会将有一系列举措:一、玉委会有常设展馆,常年举办民间玉器收藏精品展览,玉器爱好者与实物实现零距离接触;二、不定期举办玉器专业讲座,如玉文化、玉器鉴

海外收藏中国古玉及研究情况概述

参观过西方的博物馆,你不免有这样的感受:几乎所有规模较大的博物馆都收藏有精美的中国文物。这些文物尤以青铜器、陶瓷器和玉器为多,令行家们惊奇的是许多藏品在国内也很稀见,甚或是绝品。本文便谈一谈海外收藏中国古玉的一些情况。 西方收藏中国古玉较收藏中国青铜器为晚,大约始于本世纪一、二十年代。最初,除收集北京等地的古董行和玉器作的作品外,更重视“生坑”玉器的收集。三十年代以前,有几批较大的玉器发现,如四川广汉地区发现玉器坑,河南洛阳金村古墓群的发现等,浙江余杭良渚镇及陕西榆林地区等也都有重要发现。这几批玉器基本都流入了西方,分藏于若干公私博物馆里。零星的发现则无数可计,其命运大致相同,大都落入西方收藏家手中。这些藏品多没有出土地点和出土情况的记录,这不仅因为当时国内的古董商对此严格保密,而且收集者最初多是出于美术史而非考古学目的,仅对作品本身感兴趣。因此,追踪它们的确切来源实非易事。
