汉代郡治之县,在同郡属县中秩级最高。由张家山汉简《二年律令·秩律》载录的各郡辖县秩级,可探知西汉初年某些郡的治所: 陇西郡治所为上邽县;上郡治所为高奴县;北地郡治所为彭阳县。此外,西汉初年汉中、河东、河内三郡治所也可以凭借《秩律》得到进一步限定。《秩律》在西汉初年郡治研究上的价值需要得到重视。 相似文献

战国时期的临洮县是秦国祖上赖以发迹的西垂犬丘所在地,是秦国最西边县治单位。陇西郡是秦国西部门户。这从秦国战国时与统一全国后曾两度修筑长城均首起临洮县可见一斑。历史的本来事实是秦国陇西郡,不论是战国时期的陇西郡,还是统一六国后的陇西郡,其郡治地均在当时的临洮(今岷县),而非当时的狄道(今临洮)。但是在学术界,对当时的临洮县的位置及地望概念、特别是对陇西郡郡治所在地地望概念含混不清,存在严重错误,贻害很大,特别是秦国陇西郡郡治所在地就在当时狄道这一错误结论似乎已经成为了定论,由此会误导很多学术问题的判断,甚至将错就错,一错再错。这是秦汉史研究的关键性问题,不能马虎,必须厘清,以正学术之音。 相似文献
