1939年11月,中国中暹协会向社会部呈送该会工作计划纲要及职员名单,社会部则依据抗战爆发后中暹关系现状指示该会今后工作改进及实施要点.     

台湾义勇队筹备委员会史料一组

抗战初期,台湾义勇队筹备委员会经国民政府军委会批准成立,由台湾独立革命党主席李友邦等台籍反日志士负责筹备,开展工作。该会招集台胞集中金华,一方面加紧编队训练,一方面参加各项抗战后援工作,成效颇著。台湾义勇队的成立,为联合和统一各种力量帮助祖国抗战、推翻日本帝国主义在台统治作出了贡献。     

中波文化协会在渝工作概况

抗战期间,中波文化协会在向国民党中央执行委员会社会部呈交的工作概况报告中,总结了该会自1933年5月成立后从事的一系列重要工作,尤其是迁渝后为适应新的国际形势需要,在增强对外宣传、促进国际人士同情并援助中国抗战方面所作之努力。     

抗战期间香港新生活运动促进会妇女工作委员会史料一组

新生活运动妇女指导委员会成立于1934年,全面抗战爆发后,成为战时妇女运动的总机构,组织和领导了战时妇女工作,在香港亦成立了办事处,并于1939年改组,正式定名为香港新生活运动促进会妇女工作委员会。该会成立后,积极开展征募工作、慰劳前方将士、救济灾区难民,为抗战救国不遗余力。本组史料收录了抗战期间香港新生活运动促进会妇女工作委员会章程、会议记录、工作报告、捐输报告及其与新生活运动促进总会妇女指导委员会之间的来往文书,对研究战时香港妇女运动有所裨益。     

南侨总会对中国抗战的贡献——以招募机工为中心的考察

抗战期间,军事物资的补给是中国抗战的一个重要问题,而外国援华军事物资的运输则是其中的一个重要环节。因中国缺少技术优良的汽车驾驶、修理等技术人才,国民政府请求"南洋华侨筹赈祖国难民总会"协助在南洋华侨青年中招募这些人才。1939年3月至10月,以陈嘉庚领导的该会动员和组织南洋华侨社会资源,为中国遴选3192名汽车司机、修机等技术人才,他们被称为"南侨机工",为中国抗战的胜利做出了巨大贡献。     

抗战初期的浙江流动剧团

1937年7月7日抗战爆发以后,浙江官方成立了抗敌后援会。8月26日,在该会宣传工作团之下,又组建了浙江流动剧团。流动剧团到浙江各地演出,宣传抗日,唤起民众和日本侵略进行斗争。不少进步青年受剧团的影响,纷纷参加了革命工作,掀起了浙江抗日救亡运动的高潮。     

豫湘桂战役期间国民政府的难童救助运动——基于中国急救战区儿童联合委员会的研究

中国急救战区儿童联合委员会是抗战末期政府与社会联合组织救济难童的国际性机构.该会采取委员制,经费以国际援助和国民政府拨款为主,采用西方科学的社会工作方法实施救济.联合委员会从成立至结束历时两年,虽然发动成立系因解决湘桂难童问题而起,但随着战局的发展,其工作范畴从战区不断推进到反攻区和收复区,共救济十一省市难童六万余名,与抗战初期的抢救难童运动一前一后交相辉映.     

妇女慰劳总会征募寒衣运动

(中央社讯)中国妇女慰劳自卫抗战将土总会自发起棉衣运动以来,即拨款购买材料,派服务队队员多人参加新生活妇女工作团,赶制棉背心万件.蒋夫人对于该项工作极为关注,常往视察,并曾于日前在该团亲自裁剪及缝制士兵棉衣,昨(十六)日该会复收到蒋夫人捐助棉背心二千件,冯夫人捐助一千件,军委会侍

冀察政务委员会的组织变动与对日折冲

冀察政务委员会作为全面抗战爆发前国民党中央势力因日本压迫撤出华北后,唯一一个受权于中央与日周旋的华北最高地方行政机构,是在特殊时间、特殊地域出现的特殊政权机构。该会内设三处和五个专门委员会,下辖几十个军、政办事机关,组织系统甚是庞大。冀察政务委员会采取横向层级内部的合议制和纵向层级集权制相结合的运作方式。这种组织模式是在对日折冲过程中逐步形成的,既有利于实现应付日方、维持地方的目标,更为其对日频繁交涉中保持自身的民族立场提供了制度保障。
