中国古代石窟壁画制作工艺研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
壁画是人类历史上最早的绘画形式之一,即绘在壁上的画。原始社会时期,人类在洞壁上刻画各种图形以记事,便形成了最早的壁画。按其表现形式,壁画可分为宫廷壁画、墓葬壁画、古建壁画、石窟壁画等,其中石窟壁画以表达宗教内容为主。本文采用光学显微镜、拉曼光谱和扫描电镜对多个地区的石窟壁画样品进行了分析和研究,分析结果显示采用的颜料包括无机矿物颜料和现代颜料,地仗层主要使用石膏、石灰、泥层等,使用的胶结材料为动物胶中的皮胶、骨胶和植物胶中的桃胶。  相似文献

近现代油画有机基质组分复杂、难辨,其分析鉴定是当今文物保护科技研究的难点之一。利用微损分析技术研究油画文物复杂的基质结构、材料和技法,可以阐明油画特定层的性质和状况,对于专业保护人员制定修复决策至关重要——这对选择正确修复技术非常有用,关系到修复后油画的安全状态,因此已成为许多研究者关注的焦点。本研究利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热裂解气相色谱-质谱(Py-GC/MS)和热辅助水解甲基化-裂解气相色谱-质谱(THM-Py-GC/MS)等微损分析技术对一幅中国国家博物馆藏油画《德涅泊尔河的秋天》进行科技分析。研究发现,综合运用这些微损分析技术可以有效识别油画用的胶结介质和其中添加剂的种类,最大限度、准确、完整地提取样品中所蕴含的信息。结果表明,该油画的有机胶结材料为聚乙烯醋酸酯类材料和亚麻籽油,同时聚乙烯醋酸酯类材料中使用了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作为增塑剂。裂解产物中不含光油树脂类成分,说明画作下部的光亮层并非作者有意上的光油层。此外,油画部分区域还添加了蜂蜡作为改性材料,起到增加颜料稠度、可塑性和减弱光泽的作用。  相似文献

为研究故宫东华门城楼井口天花所用颜料胶结材料,通过热裂解-气相色谱/质谱联用仪(Py-GC/MS)、红外衰减全反射(ATR)面扫描对东华门绢本、纸本天花绿色颜料层分别进行分析检测。PyGC/MS分析表明绢本天花绿色颜料层所用胶结材料应为动物胶,且天花上有油脂类污染物;红外ATR面扫描分析确定纸本天花绿色颜料层所用胶结材料为蛋白质类材料,且可能为动物胶。研究结果有助于故宫东华门城楼井口天花制作工艺的研究及保护方案的制订。  相似文献

为科学认知秦陵K9901坑出土百戏俑彩绘颜料及胶结材料的种类,使用偏光显微、拉曼光谱、气相色谱质谱等方法对百戏俑的粉红色彩绘和粉白色彩绘残片进行分析。结果表明:粉白色彩绘是由朱砂与铅白混合而成,粉红色是由朱砂与骨白混合制作而成;而颜料层的胶结材料为动物胶。本研究结果可为科学认知秦陵丰富的考古学文化提供重要的资料信息。  相似文献

为了解古代彩绘文物中胶结物的研究现状和发展趋势,本研究利用Web of Science核心数据库,对古代彩绘中常见的胶结物(蛋白质类胶结物、植物胶、干性油、天然树脂、天然蜡)的研究论文进行了收集整理。通过对数据库中发文时间截至2017年的研究论文进行了系统检索,对期刊论文的年份、收录情况、期刊种类、作者、研究机构、被引数和影响因子等进行定量分析,并对中国学者的研究论文进行统计,以此了解国际国内彩绘文物胶结物的研究现状和发展水平。此外,还对近年来迅速发展的免疫分析技术在彩绘文物胶结物检测中的应用进行统计,以此了解免疫法在检测彩绘文物蛋白质类胶结物中的适用性。  相似文献

水硬性灰浆是性能优良的传统建筑材料,其相比于气硬性灰浆,有更好的防水性、透气性、耐冻性、耐盐结晶性和机械强度等,适合作为古建筑的修复材料。本研究对影响传统水硬性灰浆性能的因素进行归纳综述,探讨无机物(胶凝材料、骨料、水)、天然有机物(多糖类、蛋白质类、油脂类)、养护条件等对水硬性灰浆性能的影响。其中,无机物对水硬性灰浆的性能影响一方面取决于胶凝材料的特性,另一方面取决于灰浆中不同无机组分间的比例;在水硬性灰浆中加入多糖类有机物可提高灰浆力学性能,加入蛋白质类有机物可提高防水性和孔隙率,加入油脂类有机物可大幅提升防水性、耐久性;在高相对湿度条件下养护水硬性灰浆可提高其机械强度,而低湿度条件下养护的灰浆则更具耐久性。本研究成果可为认知、揭示传统水硬性灰浆的科学价值,研究、开发新型古建保护修复材料提供参考与启示。  相似文献

对纸质文物的科学认知是保护这类珍贵文化遗产的关键。本研究将热裂解气相色谱-质谱(Py-GC/MS)技术应用到中国传统的四类典型手工纸(竹纸、麻纸、桑皮纸和构皮纸)的分析中,结果表明竹纸中苯酚类物质含量较高,桑皮纸和构皮纸中含有大分子三萜类特征物(如β-香树脂醇、α-香树脂醇和豆甾-3,5-二烯等物质),而麻纸中则无此类特征物——利用这些特征化合物可以区分竹纸、麻纸和桑皮/构皮纸。将这一成果应用到一副清代蜡笺纸对联的分析中:确定了该书法用纸为皮纸(桑皮纸或构皮纸);检测出长链脂肪酸和醇类物质,表明蜡笺纸的制作使用了蜂蜡;检测出吡咯及其衍生物,表明该书法蜡笺纸装裱时所用的胶结材料为动物胶;另外检测到了生物碱类物质,表明该蜡笺纸使用了植物染料。综合以上研究表明,Py-GC/MS方法不仅能够确定中国传统纸质文物的纤维来源,同时可以确定纸质文物上蜡、胶结物及染料等信息;结合传统的赫兹伯格(Herzberg)染色法,进一步确定了皮纸的具体种类。蜡笺纸文物材料信息的检测识别可为文物保护与修复工作提供科学依据,此研究方法为纸质文物的科学认知提供新思路。  相似文献

克孜尔石窟是蜚声中外的佛教艺术宝库,其丰富的历史文化遗存,是研究丝绸之路文化交流与融合的重要实物资料。为了解克孜尔石窟第189窟前发现的蓝色颜料,采用X射线衍射(XRD)对其成分进行分析,采用拉曼、扫描电镜能谱仪(SEM-EDS)将其与第189窟壁画蓝色样品的元素组成及物相进行对比,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)、透射傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)对其可能含有的胶结材料进行分析。结果表明,该出土蓝色颜料样品为青金石,胶结材料为植物胶。研究表明,通过多种分析手段联合使用,可以更全面、客观地了解分析对象的各种信息,为今后克孜尔石窟壁画制作材料及制作工艺的分析提供经验和借鉴。  相似文献

为了确定武惠妃墓室内发现的黑色多孔块状物质是否为绘制壁画时使用的胶结材料,联合使用显微镜观察、SEM-EDS、Raman、FTIR和GC-FID多种分析方法对该物质进行了显微结构观察、元素组成及物质组成分析。结果表明,该物质虽已炭化,但内部仍可见一些较新鲜的胶料残留,其成分为动物胶,并在其中发现了少量红色朱砂颜料残留。通过古文献记载和以往研究成果讨论了结果的可靠性。该研究不仅丰富了唐代墓葬壁画绘制技艺的考古学研究,更可为后期文物保护材料和工艺的选择提供借鉴。  相似文献

广汉龙居寺中殿壁画为四川地区明代建筑壁画中精品。为了解该壁画制作材料与工艺,采用显微观察、激光粒度仪分析、X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、酶联免疫等方法,对样品结构形态和材料组成进行了分析。结果表明:该壁画载体为编竹夹泥墙结构。地仗层泥土颗粒矿物成分主要为石英、钠长石,颗粒组成墙体壁画以粉粒为主、砂粒次之,垫拱板壁画粗泥层比细泥层砂粒含量偏低、粉粒含量偏高;加筋材料粗泥层为稻草秸秆、谷壳等,细泥层为棉或麻纤维。颜料层显色成分为古代壁画常见矿物颜料,红色为朱砂、铅丹,绿色为氯铜矿、副氯铜矿,白色为方解石、滑石,黑色为炭黑,蓝色为石青,黄色为针铁矿,胶料为动物胶或蛋清。该壁画在四川地区明代建筑壁画制作材料与工艺上具有典型性,主要体现在载体结构类型、地仗层材料组成、颜料层显色成分等方面。研究成果不仅可为该壁画后期保护修复提供依据,而且丰富了对四川地区明代建筑壁画的认识。  相似文献

A number of cartonnage fragments from the collections of the Petrie Museum, UCL, were examined to identify pigments, media and grounds. The different types of cartonnage made in ancient Egypt are reviewed. Special attention was paid to green pigments, which were shown to be of green earth, or a mixture of Egyptian blue and a yellow, usually goethite or orpiment. Green earth was found in one artefact, dated to the 9th century BC: all other examples were from the Graeco-Roman period. No copper-organometallic greens were present in the examples studied, or Egyptian green, or malachite. Binding media was identified both by ELISA and by GC/MS. A pink colourant was identified as madder, while lead white was used as a white in one example, showing the influence of Roman and Greek pigments on Egyptian art in these later periods. Plant gum, egg, and animal glue were found in different fragments, with mixed media in a few cases. Moganite was found associated with quartz in some preparatory layers by X-ray diffraction, which has not been reported previously as a constituent of ground layers in Egyptian artefacts.  相似文献

中国传统的书画修复技术是一门古老而又深奥的学问,它所涉及的知识面非常广阔,是文物保护的一项重要内容。修复人员在实际工作中所面临的是一个又一个复杂的难题,为了保护好这些珍贵的文化遗存,在书画修复过程中我们既要以传统的修复理论为指导,又要有针对性地吸收国外同行好的修复经验,通过不断的试验、实践和总结,最终寻找出一条科学合理的修复方法。本文依照最小干预、修旧如旧、可再操作性的修复原则和理念,充分借鉴传统技术的优势,较好地解决了在修复绢本重彩绘画过程中对画绢和颜色的保护问题。  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an investigation of organic binding media detected in samples from the Mycenaean wall-paintings at the “Palace of Nestor” in Pylos (Western Messenia, Greece): samples dated from the Late Bronze Age (ca. 1200 BC). This is the first scientific study to be conducted on organic binding media in Mycenanean painting, and it is a study that aims to contribute significantly towards our understanding of the original painting techniques used during the Bronze Age. The analytical procedures employed for the detection and characterization of the organic substances preserved within the paint layers (proteinaceous materials, lipids and plant gums), were based on chromatography/mass spectrometry techniques (PY–GC/MS, GC/MS). The most significant results, highlighting an a secco painting technique, are herein reported and discussed.  相似文献

清代文物黄缎绣双龙团扇外圈织物已经糟朽,修复保护研究中使用的传统黏结材料无法满足加固后的外圈织物需缝合、打褶等特殊需求。将EVA 热熔胶膜应用于此件文物的修复,并对EVA膜加固后织物的拉断、剥离强度和撕裂度等项物理指标进行了测试。测试结果符合要求,修复效果令人满意。  相似文献

It has earlier been assumed that the tin cover found on certain antique vases has been attached as a thin foil. In this paper it is shown that the metal may simply have been applied by an immersion technique. Before dipping into the tin melt the pottery must be treated with an adhesion promotor. Animal glue which was known as a binder in ancient times has been found to be useful for the surface treatment.  相似文献

本文利用x射线荧光、红外光谱、热裂解气相色谱质谱(Vy-GC-MS)和气相色谱质谱(GC-MS),对山东青州香山西汉墓出土彩绘陶俑紫色、红色和褐色彩绘层中使用的胶接材料,以及取自马腿与马身粘接处的胶接物进行了分析。分析结果显示彩绘颜料以及马腿粘接物中的有机物均为动物胶。此研究结果为同一时期此类陶质彩绘文物的胶接材料研究提供了很好的借鉴。  相似文献

A royal tomb of early period of the Western Han dynasty (206 B.C–8 A.D) was excavated by archaeologists in Qingzhou County, Shandong Province in 2006. Over 2000 polychromy terracotta soldiers, horses, chariots, servants etc. were unearthed from the tomb. All the terracotta figures are one quarter or one sixth as large as the livings, most of them were painted with well designed patterns. In order to gain complete information about the materials and techniques used for the polychromy on the terracotta army, five samples from the painted areas were taken. In addition, one sample from the area to adhere one leg to the ploychromy horse body was also obtained. The analytical techniques applied include XRF, FTIR, Py-GC/MS and GC/MS. Chinese purple, cinnabar, lead red and ochre were used as pigments, while animal glue was identified as binding medium and adhesive in the polychromy terracotta army in the Han Dynasty. The results definitely will provide new evidence about the materials and technologies used in Han Dynasty. Especially, the binding medium identified is different in comparison with Qin Shihuang's terracotta army (259–210 BC).  相似文献

The old katholikon of St Stephen's monastery at the Meteora (site of the most important complex of monasteries in Greece after Mount Athos) is decorated with wall paintings that date from the beginning of 17th century. In terms of style, the artistic ensemble is altogether characteristic of the period. The painting technique has been examined by means of μRaman and μFTIR spectroscopies, gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy (GC/MS), optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).  相似文献

We conducted an identification of a substance isolated from a T‐shaped ornamental element excavated from a Globular Amphora Culture tomb at the Kowal 14 archaeological site in Poland. 14C dating indicated 4105 ± 35 bp (POZ‐21912) and 3990 ± 50 bp (POZ‐21910). Analytical methods such as SEM–EDS, XRD and FT–IR were applied to study the origin of its structure. The results of instrumental analysis and the archaeological context indicate that the adhesive substance investigated consists mainly of calcium carbonate (calcite, 78–88%), silica dioxide (quartz), sodium aluminium silicate (albite) and potassium aluminium silicate (microcline). The material might be a man‐made, mineral adhesive, a kind of lime mortar. The object is considered as the oldest European finding of this type outside the Mediterranean Basin. It provides evidence for the use of the lime calcination process in Central Europe as early as in the Late Neolithic, for which there were—up to now—no convincing premises.  相似文献

殷人有重视东北方位、把东北看作是吉向尊位的传统观念。这是由于商族起源于东北地区的古渤海湾一带。甲骨文中“东北”为尊位而“西南”为卑位。商代都城规划中重东北方位的经营,如郑州商城、偃师商城、黄陂盘龙城、夏县东下冯商城、新近发现的焦作府城商代城址和洹北商城等莫不如此。尤以殷墟都城的规划布局重东北方位为甚,如殷墟地区时代最早的遗址在殷墟都城的东北部;殷墟都城之宫城正位于整个都城范围的东北部;殷墟发现的车马坑与大墓的位置关系也表明尊东北方位,等等。  相似文献
