日本不能像德国那样正确对待侵略历史的七个原因

日德两国虽然同是二战的侵略国、战败国,共同对人类犯下了滔天罪行,但两国政要对侵略历史却采取了截然不同的态度:一个对侵略战争性质和罪行坦率承认、真诚反省,一个遮遮掩掩、图谋翻案;一个编撰合格的历史教科书对下一代进行正确的战争史观教育,一个处心积虑篡改历史教科书不让下一代了解历史真相;一个主动向受害国受害民族支付巨额战争赔款,一个百般抵赖、拒不赔偿.这主要是由以下七个方面的因素综合作用所致.……     

百年来日本中学历史教科书对侵略动机的书写

不同时期日本中学历史教科书的战争叙事,分别基于某种解释而选择了不同的叙事内容,进而赋予意义加以书写和叙述。“教科书文本”只不过是对已发生之事的种种“解释”,而不是客观的“知识”,其中既有揭示,也有掩盖。百年来,以1945年日本投降后盟军占领日本时期为分界,在不同的权力制约下,日本中学历史教科书对战争叙事尤其是侵略动机进...

昨天,2002年度使用教材的选定作业已全部结束了。肯定、美化日本的侵略战争,将殖民地侵略正当化,否认日本的战争犯罪,灌输以天皇为中心的历史观等歪曲历史的历史教科书;赞美自卫队,主张行使集体自卫权,将国家利益与国家秩序优先于基本人权,否定杜绝核武器的公民教科书;将日本引向国际性孤立地位,再次以战争国作为目标的“新历史教科书编写会”(简称“编纂会”)所编写的这种问题百出、违反宪法和教育基本法的历史、公民教科书(扶桑出版社出版),没有被全国公立初中的542个选定地区的任何一个地区所采用。     

日德政要对侵略历史的不同态度及相关思考

战后,日德两国政要对侵略历史的不同态度,主要表现在对战争性质和侵略罪行的认识、历史教育、战后赔偿等问题上。如果包括部分政要在内的日本右翼势力为侵略战争翻案的行径得不到遏制,那么中日两国重新走向交恶亦绝非惊世之语。中日两国历史悲剧能否重演,将取决于三个关键因素：1、日本政要能否正视侵略历史,真正反省战争罪行;2、日本国民能否全部走向觉醒,不再盲从日益抬头的右翼势力;3、中国本身能否迅速走向崛起,并与日本右翼势力复活军国主义的行径进行毫不妥协的斗争。作者最后还就避免历史悲剧重演的若干问题,进行了具体思考。     

这是一条危险的路

今年4月3日,日本政府不顾中国、韩国和亚洲其他国家的强烈反对,公然审定通过了有严重问题的初中历史教科书。这些教科书将于明年4月新学期开始摆在学生面前。新教科书有两种情况：一种是右翼学者团体“新历史教科书编纂会”编撰的“新历史教科书”首次问世;另一种是原有7家出版社将按审定结果出版新版本。前者篡改日本历史、掩盖战争罪行、美化侵略战争;后者在日本侵略及其战争罪行的表述上也大幅度倒退。日本政府审定通过上述教科书的举动进一步激起了亚洲各国人民和政府的强烈抗议和谴责。     

对日本右翼势力要进行严厉的揭露和批判

日本右翼势力、残余军国主义势力,利用历史教科书及其他手段,美化军国主义,宣扬对外侵略的正当性,做再现"大东亚共荣圈"的迷梦,是由来已久的.这种行径理所当然地受到过去被日本帝国主义侵略的国家的反对.去年再次出现了日本中学历史教科书问题.此前在一些中学历史教科书中对日本军国主义的侵略史实有所批露,肯定日本发动的战争的侵略性质.但是2000年几家出版社编写的送交文部省审查的中学历史教科书稿本,和过去的历史教科书相比,对战争的侵略性质和侵略事实,做了删改和歪曲.这件事又一次引起了过去被侵略国家的注意.     

1980年以来日本历史教科书问题研究述评

日本历史教科书问题属于历史认识问题,即日本人如何认识当年对中国及其他亚洲国家所进行的侵略问题.第二次世界大战结束后,日本右翼和保守势力不断修改历史教科书,篡改历史,美化侵略,严重动摇了日本与中、韩等国交往的政治基础,阻碍了中日关系的健康发展.1980-1989年,我国学术界主要简单介绍和分析了日本历史教科书问题;1990-1999年,集中探讨"家永教科书诉讼案";进入21世纪,则较为全面地研究了日本历史教科书问题的发展历程、表现、实质、原因、影响、对策等方面,更为关注日本历史教科书的历史观,重视中日共同历史研究,注重借鉴欧洲教科书问题解决的经验.     

关于历史教科书问题的思考

作以新闻记的敏锐目光,对“新历史教科书编纂会”编写、扶桑社出版的“公民”、“历史”两册教科书的内容予以了严厉的批判。指出这类教科书是战争时期《国史》亡灵的再现,并围绕着日本的殖民统治、战争犯罪、日本同周边国家关系、战争与和平等重大问题阐明了作的观点。批驳了“编纂会”教科书中的谬误,同时,针对日本民众中关于战争认识的某些模糊观念,予以了说理式的释明。     

关于日本历史教科书问题

战后 ,日本社会围绕教科书如何反映侵略战争历史的问题一直存在斗争。进步学者为编写正确表现历史的教科书进行了长期的斗争和艰苦的努力 ,经过几个回合的较量 ,近年来日本大部分教科书逐渐吸收了进步学者的观点 ,在一定程度上正视了日本发动侵略战争的责任。而右倾和保守势力则竭力篡改历史 ,回避和掩盖战争责任 ,从狭隘的民族主义立场对现行的历史教科书进行猛烈的攻击 ,给教科书出版社制造了巨大的压力。多家出版社迫于政治压力在 2 0 0 2年新版教科书的送审本中回避了许多重要的侵略事实 ,改变了许多重大问题的观点 ,这是明显的历史倒退 ,应当引起注意     

日本右翼势力篡改历史教科书的特征

日本从20世纪50年代起,即提出要修改战后根据“和平宪法”制定的历史教科书,以否认其战争罪行,美化其对外侵略的历史。半个世纪以来,出现了1982年、1986年和现在的三次修改与反修改的高潮。不仅是一波未平,一波再起,而且是一浪高过一浪。日本为什么总要在历史教科书上做章,一次又一次地修改呢?原因有三：一、其历史、社会根源,是战后的日本在美国的庇护下,以天皇为首的军国主义势力,没有受到应有的惩办,其军国主义思潮更未受到彻底地清算。军国主义遗老遗少们不但消遥法外,有的还当上了首相、大臣,他们组成日本政坛的右翼营垒。
