美国县制演化及其对中国县制改革的启示

本文基于文献资料比较系统地考察了美国县制的起源、模式及特征,重点总结了工业社会到来时美国县制发生的危机、原因、对策和结果,论述了美国县制在后工业社会崛起的机理,最后总结了美国县制的演变规律及其对我国县制改革的启示。

观台出土窖藏汉晋时期钱币简报

观台,村名。位于河南省许昌市东侧四十华里,汉魏许都故城遗址东南八华里的溟水岸边,当年汉魏之际曹操屯田的中心遗址。东汉末年,曹操在此实行军垦屯田,为了观兵练武而在此修了一台,名曰“观台”。后人在此建村,村名延续至今。该村现在隶属河南省许昌市鄢陵县只乐乡。     

河南省县域贫困程度及影响因素分析

贫困地区的地理识别,是区域扶贫政策精准、有效实施的前提。以经济指标衡量河南省县域相对贫困程度,并借助有序logit回归模型分析社会经济发展、自然条件、区位交通、历史基础4类变量16个影响因子对区域贫困状况的影响程度。分析发现,河南省县域综合经济发展水平存在较大的区域差异,经济发展水平相对较低的县域多分布在豫西和豫东南,且区域内存在部分潜在贫困县。回归分析结果表明,工业化水平、居民储蓄水平、气温、湿度、到最近城市的距离、国道道路密度、期初经济水平7个因子对县域贫困程度影响显著。地区扶贫政策实施过程中,在重视经济因素的减贫效应时,也应重视自然因素的致贫效应,政府主导,因地制宜,逐步实现区域协调发展。     

河南西峡老坟岗仰韶文化遗址发掘报告

老坟岗遗址位于西峡县西4公里的五里桥乡封湾村老坟岗村北的岗地上,是1963年公布的首批省级文物保护单位。这里四周环山,属豫西南伏牛山系,山间有一条通往陕东南的要道。遗址是一处半岛形台地,东100余米即312国道,西与山丘相连,老灌河支流丁河在遗址东300米由西北向东南流过,河面宽阔,水量充沛。遗址所在台地东西长180、南北宽约150米,

Les caves de Bonnechère, près d'Eganville, dans le comté de Renfrew, Ontario, sont situées dans une couche paléozoïque, où la rivière Bonnechère a taillé dans le calcaire une étroite gorge coupée de rapides et de chutes.
Bien que de dimensions peu considérables, ce phénomène illustre bien certains procédés de la genèse des cavernes dans le calcaire et les rapports entre maintes phases de la dissolution et les traits structuraux, lithologiques et topographiques.     

农业产业化地区基于主体需要的县域经济发展激励政策——以河南省鄢陵县为例

以需要理论和激励理论为依据,以不同层面参与主体的不同“需要”为切入点,以河南省鄢陵县为案例,探讨了典型农业产业化地区县域经济发展的激励政策体系及激励机制。研究认为：构建激励政策体系必须依据农户、企业、产业和政府部门不同层次的“需要”,找出协同激励的载体模式,才能有效启动激励机制并实现协同激励。相对于以往研究,本研究强调了单个类型主体在提高需要层次驱动下的转型升级及多主体之间的相互转化、网络渗透、联合行动和协同创新,提出构建激励政策体系所依赖的五种协同激励模式。这些结论对中国农业培育新型经营主体和协同激励载体、加快县域经济发展意义重大。
