绅士化语境下的失所现象:概念溯源及研究综述

失所（displacement）现象历来受到国际学界的广泛关注。本文主要探讨因绅士化而造成的失所现象,并对西方理论体系和实证研究进行较全面的综述。因绅士化造成的失所可分为直接性失所和间接性失所。依据不同的形成原因,直接性失所分为物质性失所和经济性失所,而间接性失所包括排斥性失所和潜在性失所。在笛卡尔式空间观的主导下,西方主流失所研究历来偏重直接性失所,而忽视间接性失所。本文认为,间接性失所背后的列斐伏尔空间观应纳入到失所理论体系中,以更好地指导失所实证研究。本文指出,结合中国现实,对失所现象进行理论化与概念化,对于转型期中国可持续城市发展具有现实与深远的意义。     

创新网络研究进展述评与展望

创新网络解读主要从网络尺度、网络演化及网络机理等方面展开研究,本文对创新网络已有研究成果及新转向进行评述及展望：①网络尺度视角,已有研究多对不同尺度进行区分研究,缺乏对不同尺度的整合;多强调发达国家网络发展模式,忽略对发展中国家特有结构及路径的理论总结;因此多尺度耦合网络研究成为未来的方向。②网络演化视角,经历了从网络节点结构到网络联系演化的转向,将多层联系结合进行整体网络演化的研究需更关注包括各类组织、个人、技术及空间等网络情境在内的整体分析。③网络机理研究关注多维邻近、网络管制及外部创新情境作用,而多维临近综合作用分析及我国特定情境嵌入全球网络等问题都值得进一步深入探讨。     

国外旅游地感知研究综述

本文从旅游地感知发展历程、研究方法、研究视角、研究内容等方面进行梳理与介绍。研究将国外旅游地感知研究分为四个阶段,深入分析了每个阶段的研究特点。研究还对旅游地感知研究的主要方法按时间顺序进行了综述。研究将国外旅游地研究的切入视角分为心理行为视角和时空差异视角两个角度,分析了从不同学科角度进行旅游地感知研究的研究重点与思路。研究还对国外旅游地感知研究的主要领域进行了总结,研究分析了国外旅游地研究主要使用的影响因素,指出目前影响因子研究的关键在于因子的约简和总结。研究还从旅游者和旅游地的角度分别分析了旅游者相关要素以及旅游地相关因素对于旅游地感知的影响。研究进一步明确了国外旅游地感知研究中感知对于心理行为影响的研究链条,并且提出国外旅游地感知应用研究主要被运用在旅游地定位与营销领域。最后,研究对于国外旅游地研究的动向作出了全面的观察,并且结合在国内研究的适用性提出了研究建议。     

国外乡村社会地理研究综述

本文首先对国外乡村社会地理的研究进行阶段划分与总结,分析了九十年代以来新的研究进展,然后重点介绍了当前几个重点研究领域:乡村社区、城乡关系、乡村景观及乡村社会问题等,最后指出发展不足及今后的发展方向。全文旨在通过大量文献分析,梳理出国外乡村社会地理的研究进展与今后发展趋势,期望能够对国内相关研究与乡村发展具有一定理论与实践意义。     

消费者行为视角下的休闲研究:文献述评

休闲产业的健康发展离不开对休闲消费行为的准确理解和把握,但是目前消费者行为视角的休闲研究还很少且比较分散。鉴于此,本文从消费者行为视角出发,对国外休闲动机、休闲行为和休闲满意度的相关研究成果进行了述评,系统地回答了休闲消费者为什么参与休闲活动、休闲消费者如何选择休闲活动、休闲行为如何变化、休闲消费者如何评价休闲活动等方面的问题,并从休闲产品开发、休闲产业发展趋势、休闲服务质量提高三个方面探讨了其对国内休闲研究的指导意义。     

国外旅游的社会文化影响研究进展

旅游的社会文化影响研究在西方开始于20世纪60年代,几十年来积累了大量的研究案例,理论、方法也日臻完善。文章根据国外学者在研究思路、使用方法等方面的不同,把四十年来的研究分为60、70年代的定性描述、片面评价阶段;80年代的细分、量化研究阶段;90年代后的跨学科、多方法相结合阶段,分别介绍了各时期的主要观点、研究方法、重要论著,并进行了简要的分析评价。认为把旅游现象放在大的社会背景中,注重旅游业的特点进行跨学科、综合的研究是今后旅游的社会文化影响研究应该努力的方向。     

国外旅游利益相关者研究综述与启示

本文在搜集分析相关文献的基础上,较为系统地对国外相关研究进行了归纳和评述,指出其研究内容主要集中于旅游利益相关者的界定及分类;旅游规划、管理与营销中的利益相关者问题;旅游环境伦理与可持续发展中的利益相关者问题;社区旅游及其协作中的利益相关者问题等多个方面,大多采用实证研究方法。最后本文探讨了国外研究对国内研究的启示,期望能够对国内相关研究产生一定的借鉴意义。     

国外城市涂鸦研究进展与启示

城市涂鸦自1960年代在世界各大城市普及以来,在环境指示、社会沟通、权力表达、身份构建、产业发展、规划设计等诸多方面扮演着重要角色,并成为一种典型且有争议的城市社会文化现象,吸引了国外学者的密切关注。借助文献计量分析法,以Web of Science为数据库,对国外城市涂鸦研究进行了系统分析,并重点回顾了涂鸦的内涵、涂鸦与城市环境、涂鸦的街头表达、涂鸦与空间构建、涂鸦与城市响应等主要领域的研究进展,同时从研究内容、学科、方法与数据、理论基础四个方面进行了述评与展望。最后,分析了国外涂鸦研究对我国研究的启示,从我国涂鸦的诞生背景、涂鸦者群体和涂鸦特征三个方面阐述了我国涂鸦研究对国际研究可能存在的意义,也指出了未来我国涂鸦研究的方向。
