抗帕金森病新药的研发进展

目的 综述多巴胺能药物和其他新型治疗药物的研发状况,为国内的科研人员提供参考.方法 分析了帕金森现有的主要治疗药物多巴胺能,包括左旋多巴胺、多巴胺受体激动剂、儿茶酚氧位甲基转移酶抑制剂、单胺氧化酶抑制剂等;以及新型的抗帕金森药物,包括α2-肾上腺素能受体拮抗剂、腺苷A2A受体拮抗剂、细胞治疗和基因治疗的基本原理、药物研发的进展情况.结果与结论 帕金森病是一种渐进性的神经系统退行性疾病,在全球的发病率较高.新型治疗药物的研发成功有望缓解帕金森病人的痛苦,提高其生命质量,但新型药物的上市还有很长的过程.     

新时期我国民族理论的立场、观点、政策和方法

以江泽民为主要代表的中国共产党人将马克思主义民族理论与当代中国的民族工作实践相结合,确立了新时期我国民族理论的基本立场、观点、政策和方法.本文以为,学习和研究新时期民族理论的基本立场、观点、政策和方法,对于我们进一步增强贯彻和实践“三个代表“重要思想的自觉性,不断开创民族工作的新局面,具有十分重要的现实意义.     

清初清、日、朝鲜三国关系初探

中、日、韩三国关系历来是东亚关系史上的敏感话题,时至今日,中、日、韩关系仍然是左右着东亚地区甚至世界局势的敏感神经.而今天日本企图想成为联合国的常任理事国一事更加发人深省.现实需要告诉中国人研究历史上的中日关系尤其是明清时代的清日关系尤为重要,它是揭开现当代中日关系的钥匙.本文重点研究清初时期的清、日、朝鲜三国关系,对清初清、日、朝鲜三国关系的建立、变化和后滞影响进行研究,以求为我们的现实生活提供借鉴.     

国外博彩旅游研究:进展、脉络和展望

近几十年来,国际旅游学者针对博彩旅游开展研究,研究范围涉及消费者行为、影响和政策等主题,得到许多有益的发现;然而,国内研究对该领域的关注则较少.本文在梳理国外博彩旅游文献的基础上,按照主题对文献内容进行分析总结,研究发现:(1) 博彩行为和博彩影响研究最受重视,研究方法以定量为主,研究理论涉及社会学、管理学和经济学等多学科;(2) 博彩行为研究中,不同类型博彩者行为研究和中国博彩者行为研究备受关注;(3) 博彩影响研究中,关键变量的识别、关键模型的构建对于未来进一步深化研究有重要作用.     

功力、视野、理论——当代历史研究学术创新之本

当代历史学研究能否不断取得学术创新,取决于三个基本条件,即学术功力、研究视野和理论方法。学术功力包括研究者的思想修养和行为规范品德、史料搜集和掌握、历史知识贮备、语言文字运用、分析和批判等专业能力;获得和运用整体视野、多元视野、比较视野和跨学科视野,即可为学术创新奠定牢固的根基;史学研究实践推动史学理论的突破,总结并提炼新的史学理论和方法,有望带来历史研究的创新性和突破性成果。     

西方文化地理研究的研究取向、资料搜集与展示方式——基于《Social & Cultural Geography》刊载论文的内容分析

采用内容分析的方法,对2008、2009年所刊载论文的资料搜集方法、分析方法、佐证材料类型进行了统计.研究发现:西方文化地理研究更倾向于定性研究的取向,强调研究者本身挖掘社会素材的能力和诠释材料的智慧和客观性.在资料搜集与展示方面,西方学者更加倾向于进行实地研究,多采用参与式观察、访谈等多种方式获取大量的资料,善用文字资料、照片等多种证据来证明研究的信度和效度.本研究希望通过西方经典文化地理文献的梳理,引起国内研究人员对定性研究取向的重视,以及对文本资料、照片等证据作为学术研究成果表达方式的重视.
