我国体育文化空间差异及其区划研究

以地理视角观察体育文化,对我国体育文化与地理环境的关系进行探讨。从不同区域的气候条件、地势和地形条件、水域条件等自然地理环境因素和人体体格、文化背景与民族传统、区域经济发展水平等人文地理环境因素的差异上探讨了体育文化与地理环境的关系。采用层次聚类分析中的Q型聚类方法,构建指标体系,将我国体育文化区划成3个一级区,8个二级区。最后对各体育文化区分别进行评述。     

MY VIEWS ON THE FIRST CHINA TIBETAN CULTURE FORUM

From October 10th to 19th in 2006,the First China Tibetan Culture Forum was held at Beijing and then at Lhasa. Over one hundred of scholars,experts,intellectuals,and board members of the China Association for Preservation and Development of Tibetan Culture attended to forum. Participants were from Mainland China,Hong Kong,Taiwan,and twelve other countries.     

THINGS THAT ARE ALMOST BUT NOT QUITE WELL KNOWN IN PHYSICAL GEOGRAPHY

The author, a physical geographer, sees no need to despair about the present state of the discipline and the future of geography. He places geography in context among the sciences and finds a need for a synthesizing discipline that pulls together the findings of the particular disciplines. Such a function might be performed by landscape science and regional geography. In general, geographers are found to go too far afield in their research and there is a need to define the focus of the disciplines to eliminate the present centrifugal tendencies. Such a unifying focus might be found in geographical prediction. Geographers should be aware of the limits and capabilities of their discipline; geography is most effective in fostering solutions in conjunction with other disciplines. Fieldwork per se is criticized; some geographers make a fetish of fieldwork, spending their life in the field without ever writing up the results as a contribution to science. The language of geographical exposition must be cleansed of pseudoscientific jargon; too much geographical writing is incomprehensible. The use of mathematics in geography should be placed in historical perspective; it is not the panacea for all that ails geography.

THE YUAN DYNASTY TIBETAN OFFICIAL ARCHIVES LISTED IN THE MOWCAP

In the Fifth plenary session of the MOWCAP(Asian and Pacific Region Division of UNESCO) which was held in Bangkok on May 16th,2012,the Yuan Dynasty Tibet Official Archives,was successfully listed in the Memory of World Catalog of the Asian and Pacific Region on the recommendation and votes of experts,and as proposed by the Archives Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region. This selection signifies another major step in preserving the cultural heritage of the Yuan Dynasty     

THE TRANSFORMATION OF RELIGIOUS LIFE IN RURAL TIBETAN HOUSEHOLDS

ZOU GUIFEN,AN INHERITOR OF TIBETAN FOLK CULTURE

Zou Guifen is a 46-year-old Tibetan lady. She lives in Meixing Town, Xiaojin County in Siehuan Province. For several decades, she has carried on the art of embroidery and knitting, and set her heart on preserving these handierafts. She has successfully taught manyfriends the technique. The embroidery and knitting works in her collection, including 50 insoles, 30 belts, and over 10 cross-stitch works, are all deemed classics of local folk culture.
