三门核电东护堤工程所使用的扭王字块体为C40混凝土预制,重7t。在扭王字块体预制过程中,发现表观质量没有达到预期的效果。本文将通过对扭王字块体的质量分析,从现状和发展的分析,就扭王字块体预制与施工的管理体制、管理的基础工作、组织和组织行为方面存在的问题及产生的原因和解决方法进行探讨研究,采取一定的策略,形成一套科学合理的管理组织体系。

陶学名家魏正申先生六周年祭

神秘的隐者——褐头鸫

<正>每年5月中旬,褐头鸫经3000公里的飞行,从遥远的中南半岛飞到华北山区的华北落叶松林中繁育后代。但是,它们生性羞涩,不愿意与人相见。如果想窥探到它们的身影,需要在凌晨时分来到林间,才有可能够听到它们的叫声,发现它们急切而娇小的身影。而当太阳出来后,他们就像在森林中蒸发了一样,即使费劲心思也难觅它们的身影。     

诸天伎乐 雨众天华──龙门石窟北魏和唐代的飞天

龙门山郁郁葱葱,青翠欲滴;温泉水清澈见底,四季常流;石窟景区内一尘不染,静谧古朴;游人漂洋过海,纷沓而至,为的是能够亲眼目睹龙门石窟这一稀世奇珍,雕刻艺术和佛教文化的登峰造极之作。龙门石窟就开凿在山（龙门东、西山）水（伊河水）相依的崖壁间。现存窟龛２３４５个,洞窟内飞天在窟顶或龛楣上自由自在地飞翔。她们有的脚踏祥云,直冲云霄;有的手持乐器,载歌载舞;有的手捧供果,随风漫舞;有的振臂仰手,腾空而上。她们如燕的身影无拘无束地在浩瀚无垠的蓝天中自由飞翔。这里的飞天,不是依靠羽翼,也不是依靠云彩的衬托才…
