从工业化到全面建设小康社会目标的考察

以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人,在发展目标上变工业化为四个现代化,开始摆脱苏联片面发展重工业的发展模式的影响;以邓小平为代表的中国共产党人,在决策怎样进行现代化建设时,提出走自己的路,建设有中国特色的社会主义,确立了三步发展的战略目标,使社会主义中国日益兴旺起来;以江泽民为代表的中国共产党人,在各种困难和考验面前,与时俱进,使第二步目标提前实现并开始向第三步目标迈进,使中国特色的社会主义显示出勃勃生机;十六大确立全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,把邓小平设想的50年发展的第三步目标进一步具体化。

An Investigation of the Development from Industrialization to the Objective of Building a Well-off Society in an Ali-round Way

The Chinese Communists represented by MAO Ze-dong changed the development objective from industrialization to Four Modernizations and began to shake off the Soviet influences of one-sided emphasis on heavy industry. The Chinese Communists led by DENG Xiao-ping, in mapping out the strategy of modernization, raised a clarion call to blaze a trail of their own and build socialism with Chinese characteristics and adopted a three-step strategy of development, thus invigorating socialist China. Then headed by JIANG Ze-min they, not afraid of any difficulties and challenges, kept pace with the times, attained the objective of the second step ahead of schedule and started the march toward the objective of the third step, making socialism with Chinese characteristics full of vitality. The 16th National Congress of the CPC established the objective of building a well-off society, which makes the objective of the third stage of 50-year development envisaged by DENG Xiao-ping more concrete.
