| 摘 要： | 近十年来,我国学者对日本企业终身雇佣制展开了广泛的研究。本文就终身雇佣制概念的界定、上世纪90年代后终身雇佣制变化的原因、日本企业终身雇佣制未来走势的研究成果进行综述,并加以评论。

| Abstract: | Chinese scholars have begun to research widely on the lifelong employment tenure of japanese enterprises in recent decade.This dissertation summarizes and comments on the definition of the lifelong employment tenure,the study of the change result of the lifelong employment tenure after 1990,and the research tendency on the lifelong employment tenure of Japanese enterprises. |
