| 摘 要： | 1949～1969年,美国中央情报局在中国西藏从事了一系列准军事行动,其实质是为美国远东战略利益服务,目标是利用西藏分裂势力遏制与分裂中国。其具体内容包括:为西藏叛乱分子提供情报和准军事训练技术;在西藏实施公路袭扰和破坏行动;为达赖集团提供军事物资和活动经费;开展针对中国的情报活动,等等。

| Abstract: | Based on the declassified documents of the US National Security Council and Foreign Relations Committee this paper makes an all-round investigation of the paramilitary activities of the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in aid to the Tibetan splittist forces from 1949 to 1969. These activities were purported to serve the American strategic interests in the Far East and to make use of the Tibetan splittist forces to restrain and split China. The activities centered on providing intelligence and paramilitary training skills for the Tibetan rebels, carrying out highway raids and sabotage in Tibet, supplying the Dalai clique with military materiel and funds, and intelligence cooperation with Indian intelligence organizations against China. |
