| Abstract: | Building harmonious party relation,in terms of the harmonious party relation between administrative party and participative party,its core issue is whether keeping on or not and how to carry on the CCP's guidance,the radical issue is to further improve and how to promote the administration capability of democratic party,and the basic issue is to make efforts for building politic atmosphere of modern democratic politic. |
