| Abstract: | The fucheng site includes mainly the Erlitou and Shang remains. A walled enclosure dating to the Erligang phase of the Shang period was found, and a large area Of rammed-earth foundation was discovered in the northeastern part of the enclosure.This excavation provides new data for the study of early Shang culture, especially of that on the south of the Taihang Mountains. |
