The most precious and noticeable pieces involve a formal letter written by PengDehuai and Mao Zedong as chief commanders of First Front Army of the Chinese Workers＇ and Peasants＇ RedArmyto Zhang Xueliang. individual letters to Zhang Xueliang written by Mao Zedong, Luopu （Zhang Wentian）, Zhou Enlai, Bogu （Qin Bangxian）, the Agreement of Anti-Japanese and National Defense cosigned by the Red Army and the Northeastern Army, and some memoirs of General Zhang Xueliang.
