A Modern Annotation of Ibn Khauldun's View on History

In the trend of the development of history in the present age, this paper gives an annotation of the great Arabian historian, Ibn Khauldun's view on history. It is argued in this paper that contemporary history can get much guidance from Ibn Khauldun's viewpoints such as `internal history' and `external history', the integrity and interdisciplinary nature of history. Moreover, some of his statements also have many implications on our history studies.
