酒店员工激励因素的实证分析

摘    要:本文重点探讨了酒店员工所重视的多种激励因素。在文献研究和访谈调查的基础上,笔者对酒店员工进行了问卷调查。通过对有效数据进行因子分析,笔者认为酒店员工激励因素主要包括以下九个方面:薪酬;管理制度;同事关系;领导水平;晋升与培训;工作条件;工作本身;信息;奖励。同时,笔者还通过方差分析。对不同管理职位、不同年龄和不同性别的员工所重视的激励因素及其影响程度进行了比较。最后。笔者对酒店如何更有效地激励员工提出了建议。

Abstract:This study aims to identify the important motivators that catch the most eyes of hotel staff. By processing a questionnaire based on literature review and interview with many hotel employees, the author applied One-way ANOVA analysis method to reveal the differences between demographic variables, and concluded nine motivators appealing to hotel staff. They are namely payment, management mechanism, colleague relation, leadership, promotion and training, work conditions, work itself, information and reword as well. The author also compared the different motivators that staff of different managerial positions, age, and gender emphasizes by using wariance analysis method. The paper ends with some recommendations regarding effective motivational programs for different types of employees.
