Cultural View of Guizhou Mountainous Region During the Kangxi,Yongzheng and Qianlong Period

During the Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong Period, the memorials to the throne and writings of the local officials appointed to Guizhou province, together with the emperors＇ imperial edicts and remarks written in red , constituted a series of policies and practices regarding how to manage Guizhou province, giving an account of the process of getting to know Guizhou mountainous region, the ethnic groups there , mountainous culture and its characteristics. Thus, a kind of unique cultural view of Guizhou mountainous region was formed and played an important role in Guizhou＇ s social development. Up to now, such view still has value of reference.
