| Abstract: | Sustainable development thought has been profound,but as a systematic theory,it engendered during the late 80 era and early 90 era of the 20 century.This paper retrospected about the evolutional process of the sustainable development thought in the western economic theory,and deems that only radically recognize and accept the new notion of sustainable development,the mankind then being able to meet hopeful future. |
