| Abstract: | Summary: Before and after the May 4th Movement, the social and economic condition in Guizhou was the base of the reform ideas The military and governmental personages and a large number of young students who had accepted and had been influenced by the new thoughts were the main body of spreading and practising the reform trend of thought. The activities of Guizhou Youth Union and Guizhou sub-union of the students mainly showed the social reform trend of thought and its characteristics of Guizhou in this period. |
