| Abstract: | The education and managerial matter of floating commies are outstanding subject that the party's construction work in new stuation confront to.How to focus on the characteristics and regularities of forming floating commies,and actively explore and reinforce the mechanism of it,are not just a crucial responsibility that all levels party organizations taking on,but also is the urgent request of accelerating the party's administration capability and advanced nature construction? solidifying the party's administration fundament and reinforcing the party's grass root orgnization construction. |
